    Make sure to open the box in store in front of an employee

    Target scammed me. When i opened the sealed box, the controller inside was dirty, covered in gunk, and didn’t even connect to my PS5. When i tried to return it, they accused me of replacing the new controller with a used one and refused the return. Target sucks.

    I'm very disappointed with my PS5 controller. The controller doesn't react instantly when I press the buttons; there's a noticeable delay that completely ruins the gaming experience. It's especially frustrating in games where speed is important. I didn't expect this kind of problem in a product of this quality and price. They definitely need to improve the controller's responsiveness and performance.

    Sony is overrated garbage. Do not buy sale priced PS from Target, they are pawning off unsold old units with broken seals. I was never particularly happy with my PS4 after 10 years, thought the PS5 would be better. I’m sorry I didn’t pay extra for the XBox.
