Dr. Brown's Milestones 9 fl oz Baby's First Straw Cup

This cup leaks. A lot. It is also difficult for little hands to open. If it was hard to open, it would be fine to leave open except it leaks. Many times, my child has been drenched because of the cup leaking.

I bought this cup for my one year old and although I like the straw feature with cover. There’s too many parts to clean and it’s not solid, leaks a little bit.

We use our weekly, I’ve only had it leak twice out of the whole time I’ve had it. Awesome little cup. My daughter loves it

I really like this cup and my 7 month old does too. The only con would be cleaning it, it’s a little tough to get into the straw.

I love this cup. The weighted straw is great. And the handles make it easy for baby to hold. I love the wide design it makes it so easy to clean, and all the parts go back together so easily.

This has become my son’s favorite cup! He is 19 months olds and is transitioning from nursing to no nursing, so the fact that he loves using this cup made the transition super easy!!! Plus he doesn’t spill, even with the straw open!

I have had several of these first time straw cups and it always seems something could be improved on them. This one is almost perfect. The only complaint I still have and will forever have with these is the difficulty to make sure they are clean everywhere (the straw!!) but that just comes with the territory. The only other thing with this one that might be an issue is the sliding straw cover. I like that it keeps it from getting dirty but a real young baby/pre-toddler probably won’t be able to do that. Nice feature for the diaper bag though! Other than that my son used it like a pro, although we do have others that are very similar so the learning curve was small. I try to only use them with water due to the above mentioned cleaning issue so can’t speak to how it handles other liquids. I am curious to find out how it handles temperature swings (does the liquid bubble out the straw). With the cold I have not had a chance to test that yet. I got the green and I love the color. It is a very nice change from the typically baby blue or baby/hot pink.

Love this cup! I know every kid is different but this worked like a charm for my son! He immediately took to it after very little experience with straws. The weighted straw is such a great feature and this thing has been yeeted off the high chair so much and is still holding strong. Use with or without the handles. After two days of use I went back and bought another to have a backup. Taking one star away because even though it’s easy enough to take the straw out and reattach for cleaning, I haven’t found a great way to clean inside the straw because of how it’s built.

First impressions are always the best! When I got this cup, I had to test it out before giving it to my child. So I filled it up and tossed it around. I dropped it off the high chair, off a table, shook it around and was surprise that it didnt spill. My child was able to have a drink successfully through the straw. She loves it! Being a first time mom meant I wanted everything perfect the first time. I didnt want to go through 10 different cups just to find the right one. I didnt have to do that with this one and that's what i love about this cup! [I recieved this product for free in exchange for my honest review]

The item leaks way too much. Even if I were to put in 1 ounce, water is still coming out.

Worked fine when we first checked. After we sterilized it like they recommended it wouldn't work any more. Tried everything but could not suck any fluid up.

This is by far the most amazing product there is it has been a life saver for me and my baby I have had no spills and it is easy to assemble and my baby loves it!

Have watched all the how-tos and read the directions on their site and still can’t get this to stop air locking. Works for a little then becomes impossible to suck. Also leaks out the top when it’s just sitting there, again due to a pressure issue.

Definitely recommend this cup for any parent! Does not spill or leak. Child is able to open and close the lid with no trouble.

I was sent this cup to give an honest review of it. This cup is amazing! My son is 7 months old and he’s never used a straw cup before this. Once giving it to him, it took him maybe 2 seconds to figure out how to drink from it. I love that you can close the straw when not drinking and the easy to hold handles are removable for when he gets older. I highly recommend this cup as a first straw cup for your little!

Very disappointed in its this item. I used it once and went to wash it. It was hard to clean the inside and the straw in the inside of the cup to assist with getting the drink. Once I reattached it now my daughter can’t drink out of it.

I was given the product to review and when I received it the product is well made, does not leak, and my child was able to drink it laying down or sitting up. The only downside to this cup is when my child drinks from it, it makes a whistling sound that tends to get annoying but otherwise we really liked this cup!

Hi! I received this cup for my honest review! And I can say i love it! It’s spill proof and it’s weighted straw so no matter up your little one drinks they’ll always have a sip of their water! I highly recommend

This product was sent to me by Dr. Browns. This is the first straw cup my baby ever tried and has been drinking out of this type of cup since she was 6 months old and does so well with it! My only issue is it is difficult to clean and the silicone stains super easily.

I recently received this product to review and my son loves it. It has been drinking more water because of this bottle. Definitely a 10/10.
