Delicious, quick dinner
You'd never know these are gluten free! Delicious authentic flavor and just the right texture. Just three minutes in boiling water and you've got a great, easy dinner. Perfect for a busy weeknight. Great with any sauce and Parmesan.

Delicious with any kind of protein
The Delallo Mini gnocchi is very delicious. It goes well as a side for pretty much most dinners and many proteins. I use it as a side with salmon and it was absolutely delicious. I love that it's gluten free and the package is large enough for a complete dinner. It cooks very rapidly in approximately 2 minutes. Comes out very soft and easy to mix with sauces such as pesto or spaghetti sauce. It goes great with shellfish, poultry, steak, or any kind of fish.

Delicious and easy to make
I was pleasantly surprised by these! The ingredient list is small and includes things I can pronounce, it is free of other allergens (no egg, no dairy, obviously no gluten) and they were dry and not gummy coming out of the package. Cooking was easy and quick and eaten plain they taste a lot like mashed potaotes (no surprise :)), but I added some dairy-free pesto (TJ is great) and garlic salt. So good! I'll be buying these again to have for busy nights!

Gluten Free Gnocchi for Quick Dinners
My family loves gnocchi, but my middle son is allergic to gluten so I am thrilled to try these! I like that they are made with simple ingredients. Gnocchi are great because they cook fast and are so versatile. There are some great recipes on the side I can't wait to try. Delallo is a well known brand for Italian classics so I'm sure these will be a hit. I only did 4 stars since we haven't eaten them yet.

Great mini gluten free gnocchi
I have been looking for a gluten free gnocchi everywhere. This one was delicious and way better than the cauliflower version I tried previously. The mini gnocchi were the perfect size and did not get mushy. We boiled them since that’s what the recipe recommended. My family members that don’t need to eat gluten free even liked them! Will definitely buy them again.

Delicious fast and easy
I have never prepared a meal with Gnocchi and was a little intimidated by it. I found a recipe to make it with diced tomatoes. It was super easy and took about 20 minutes. What was so surprising to me is that it took exactly 2 minutes for the DeLallo Gnocchi to be ready to eat. All you do is add it into a pot of boiling water and in exactly 2 minutes it all floated to the top and per the directions on the box that means it is done. Wow, again so simple and easy I added it to the tomato mixture I made and popped in the oven for 10 minutes with grated cheese on top it was absolutely delicious. I served it with root vegetables. I would buy this again and again and again.

Simply delicious!
I was honestly impressed from the first bite. These DeLallo Gluten Free Mini Gnocchi taste incredibly authentic, with a soft, pillowy texture that’s hard to find in gluten-free pasta. Delicious gf option
I was so excited when I saw there was a gluten-free gnocchi! I have had to be gluten free for over a decade, and it can be boring having to eat the same limited options. I was so pleased with how good these were; you would not know they are gluten free at all! These are super simple to make: add to a pot of boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes until they float. I sauteed some chicken breast, mushrooms, and spinach together, added some onion and garlic powder and fresh rosemary, and finished with about 4 ounces of cream cheese. I added the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, and it was so yummy! I would definitely make it again. The gnocchi puff up a lot and are filling. What I made would easily serve four people. I can't wait to buy more and try new recipes.

Great gluten free product
As an Italian with celiac, I am always on the hunt for a new gluten free alternative that I can try. These DeLallo mini gnocchi were delicious! They cook in about 2-3 min, have a good taste and texture.

I absolutely love gnocchi and these did not disappoint. I ended up melting a little chèvre over them, adding a few herbs, and some black pepper. They were delicious and I will definitely buy these myself.

Yummy and easy gf gnocchi
Yummy and fresh gluten free gnocchi! They are very cute and cook in 3 minutes or less. The box has 2 servings which makes for a quick and easy dinner. We made the gnocchi with pesto and it was very tasty. We would buy this brand in the future as it is much better than other gluten free pastas we have tried.

Quick 2 minute cook, filling, and easy on the stomach
My kiddo liked these. Super easy and quick to cook, only took 2 minutes! Very filling as well. Just threw these in a simple tomato sauce and let the gnocchi speak for itself. Sat well in the stomach for my gluten sensitive kiddo.

Delicious!
These are great! I have never made them before, but they turned out delicious! I eat gluten free every day & will be ordering them often to eat with Italian meals. I put them with a marinara sauce, peas, and meatballs and it was a really good combination and very healthy too. Tastes like a dumpling! Sooo good! And my family who is not gluten free loved them as well. Very quick and easy to boil in water on the stove.

Taste Great, Easy to Prepare
This gluten-free gnocchi tastes great, has great texture and is filling. I really appreciate that it is non-GMO. Added to boiling water, it cooks in 2-3 minutes (stir well, and you will know it's fully cooked when all the gnocchi floats to the surface). I added pasta sauce along with some olive oil when serving it.

Delicious!
My son is on a strict gluten free diet, so I am always on the lookout for yummy gf meals that my whole family can enjoy. I was really excited to try this gnocchi. It cooked up quick and easy, simply adding it to boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. I added it to my chicken soup and it was delicious. I’ve also made it with Alfredo sauce and my family loved it. I highly recommend!

Quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a lazy but tasty meal
These were tasty and easy to cook. I made them in the air fryer with a bit of oil and seasoning, and served with tomato and Gouda. I made half the package, refrigerated the rest, and will try another method and recipe for the remaining portion. They came out crispy on the outside and puffy soft on the inside.

Gluten free mini gnocchi
This 12oz package was enough to feed my family of four and was absolutely delicious with our favorite sugar free pasta sauce on it. It was soft and fluffy, cooked quickly enough that it could easily be a snack and not just a dinner side dish. And it wasn’t overfilling.

Tender, delicious gluten-free gnocchi
I wasn't sure what to expect as gluten-free pastas can be hit or miss, but this DeLallo gnocchi was tender and delicious. The texture is exactly what I'd expect from high-end pastas, and it nicely absorbed the homemade pesto sauce that I prepared it with. For those following a gluten-free diet, or anyone, I'd recommend this gnocci.
