A: That's a great question and we'd be happy to help! First, we recommend piercing the vent tab at the top of the bottle where the circular indentation is by using a corkscrew or gimlet. Then, twist the knob to the left or right to break the seal. Once it's broken, pull the ring forward to extend the spout. After that, turn the "V" shape down to pour. You should notice the arrow pointing down inside the circle. From there, you can pour the water into a glass or cup and enjoy! The Deer Park Team

Natural taste, not smells, it’s the best!
The better water forever, it’s indispensable for us on home, doesn’t have any smell, chemicals or metallic flavor, taste exactly as springs water from my country. Because I’m picky about the taste of the water, even more expensive water, I’m still preferring Deer Park.

It has no flavor
It is a fresh water and the best for me since it is not a treated water and contains all the properties that water should have, it does not have flavor either so it is ideal for cooking and we all drink it in my house

Deer park and Ice mountain water are probably my two favorites. I personally think that spring water is the best kind of water. Deer park also promotes recycling and who doesn’t love helping out the planet.

Refreshing
Deer Park's natural spring water is my favorite. Deer Park water keeps me hydrated at work. The cap on the bottle makes sure the water doesn’t leak out the bottle. I love that Deer Park has a variety of different sized bottles for different settings.

Poor design with air supply
The top is too hard to pierce. They don't have a ventilator. Could have been solved with a vertical straw going up to the top of the jug where the air is. Put a second opening in the tap behind the cap so it will never leak during transport. Issue solved.
