Dawn dishwashing liquid has good scrubbing power. I dont like strong scents and this product is very suitable if you are like me. Dawn dishwashing liquid is the only liquid that I have also found useful for cleaning jewellery and it works best.

New Scent is awful!
The new scent is cloying and it sticks to my dishes after they have been washed. I have to rinse them with water several times so I am wasting water and I don’t feel like the product is as effective in breaking up grease so I have to use more product thereby wasting money two times over. I am disappointed that Dawn manufacturers will not listen to their consumers. There have been many reviews saying how awful we think the smell is. That does not mean we want to use an unscented product. Nothing was wrong with the original Dawn and the fact that you told one reviewer to rinse their dishes with vinegar should indicate to all consumers and you, the manufacturer, that this product is overly scented and should be formulated back to the scent you had for 10 years that no one was complaining about! I am sure you will not be rinsing the oil coated ducklings in vinegar and water when they are rescued from oil spills and washed with Dawn! Please listen to your consumers! We have been loyal customers for many years and if Coke can change back to the original formula, then, so can you. You have lost another customer.

Dawn Ultra Dishwashing Liquid works great at cutting grease and cleaning dishes with minimal effort. It lathers well and a little goes a long way. I love the fresh scent and that it rinses off easily. Definitely one of my go-to dish soaps!

Damaged bottle of Dawn
The Dawn bottle was opened and was not full. There was residue around the cap. I did not notice it until I got home. I will bring it back when I return to the store. I will take photos.
