Thank you for your review. With a tap water TDS reading of 253 parts per million, the average filter should last for around 20 gallons.

Love the way it looks and sturdy too.
I brought this a month ago and so far it’s still working great. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the box and I didn’t realize how difference it is, the operating system is giving me all kinds of numbers and I don’t know if I should be doing something like what I’m supposed to do when the numbers go up and up and down? 🤷

Product works!
Have lead pipe from city supply to house. Very difficult and expensive to replace pipe. Used Culligan filter for 6 weeks. Lead level went from 9ppb to zero!

Best tasting water!!
Love the Zero Water Filtration System. I’ve been using the products for about 25 years. I have the large refrigerator dispenser & a couple of the Pitchers for travel while staying at hotels or friends houses, I carry my filtered water Pitcher with me everywhere. I do not buy sodas or regular tea & water when we go out to eat because I can taste the algae & poor water served in the tea or sodas at restaurants. I also make my own ice for my drinks at home. I wish there was a way to hook up one of the 5 stage filters to the automatic ice makers in my refrigerator.

It's comforting having clean, pure drinking water
After buying the 12-cup Culligan pitcher and filters online, I happened to see the 7-cup pitcher with filter while out shopping, so I bought that, too. They're easy to assemble (read the instructions provided!) and it's comforting to know our drinking water is clean and pure. I set the subscription for new filters to arrive periodically. It's a good deal that relieves me of having go to the store when we need more filters. Having clean, pure water is important for our health. We're grateful we have these Culligan ZeroWater pitchers and filters.

They don't last as long as advertised
The filters work very well at filtering and the water tastes great. But they don't last nearly as long as they say. 1-3 months is a joke. I'm lucky if they last 2 weeks. And I live in a small 2 bed townhome by myself half the time and with my 2 daughters the other half. We do use it for all our drinking water and some cooking water, but still. They are very expensive to be switching out every 2-3 weeks.

Thankful for ZeroWater
Our family has been using the ZeroWater system for months now. We couldn't be happier with it's results. We periodically test water sources on our land and it's just amazing how many particles are in "safe" water coming from our faucet (400+). Water from our pool (230), purchased water bottles (200+) and our cistern (2), read so differently with the tester. We're glad we have ZeroWater now!

Not the same...
I'm a long time user of Zero Water water filter pitchers. I've had the best experience with them, far better than the others on the market. That said, this Culligan branded version isn't up to par. The look of the new pitchers are great and they store easily in the fridge but the filters are not the same as the "legacy" Zero Water filters. The OG filters leave zero taste in the water making for a highly refreshing drink. The new filters leave an odd taste in the water, almost the same taste as tap. The new filters don't last as long either. I'm going to give it another chance but odds are I'll be switching back to the OG Zero Water.

Doesn’t last long before taste change
I had a previous ZeroWater countertop dispenser that used 2 filters, and recently switched to the newer glass model that uses a single filter. Our tap water quality isn’t horrible here, but my filters go bad faster than I’d like. I get 2-3 weeks tops. Even when keeping water constantly moving through the system and periodically emptying and rinsing, the water starts to taste really bad even before the meter suggests we need to change the filter. Today our meter reads 2 and the water from it is undrinkable due to taste, and this was my last filter in a pack of 3. I’m ordering another batch of filters and hoping for a bit more longevity, but the reality is that this is probably not a long term solution for my family.

This has changed water at our home, we have well water and the iron is horrid this has changed my water hav is and limited the # of bottled water in our home.
