Cuisinart 6pc 8" ,10"and 12" FusionPlus Stainless Steel Skillet Set with Lids

I bought the 6 pc set. I could not be more pleased with them. No stick, easy clean and they look very nice on my stove top. So glad I made the purchase.

I’ve owned pans from a range of price points and the top even the most expensive ones. The pans heat so evenly and quick, they have a really great surface to cook on. We’ve made everything from eggs, to fish, to stir fry and these pans blew it out of the water each time. I love that they aren’t ceramic so they don’t get scratched so easily, but it almost seems like they are because of how easy to cook with they are. Things don’t stick like they do with stainless steel pans. Overall, I would recommend these pans to amateurs and experienced cooks alike!

It does not scratch easily like other non-stick pans. The pans distribute heat evenly, and the handles that stay cool to the touch. The perfect sear on veggies and meats.

Plus they use new technology that prevents scratches. I had to use butter or a oil so things wouldn’t stick but I do that regularly anyway, so no big deal. Really even temperature control and easy to clean.

They are so easy to use, we love the lids and the extra handle on the 12” skillet is phenomenal! We just leave these out on the stove because we know we’re going to find reasons to use them every day! I like to use the small pan for my eggs in the morning and then the bigger pans for bigger meals. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box I could tell this was a higher quality pan than what I was currently using. The bottom is beautiful stainless steel, and the pans are heavier in weight. They each come with lids that are of equal quality. The inside of the skillet has a detailed pattern, making them look very nice. I oiled the pan before first use as directed and the skillet worked wonderfully. It heats up quicker than my ceramic pans and I turned the heat down lower than I normally would for this dish, but it meant the meal got done quicker and with no burning. I was curious about the texture of the pan and whether food would stick to it, but nothing stuck. I think that's why it's important to begin using the oil on the skillets first. I washed the skillets before and after use. They did well in my dishwasher and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend these for anyone looking for a new skillet set.

I was really excited to try these and they truly did not disappoint. This is an honest review of the Cuisinart’s FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Cookware which is PFAS-free! It heated up so quickly, handles stayed cool and didn't need any additional nonstick spray or oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, both my wife and I thought the skillets were very nice with one small minor issue. They heat up very quickly, cook evenly, fairly lightweight, and are easy to clean. The only issue we noticed was that the sides of the skillets were not very good about being non-stick, and it would slightly burn whatever we cooked and therefore stuck to the sides some. This was a minor issue, which is why I say 4.5 stars vs 4 or 5. When it came time to clean, they were very easy to clean. Oh and aesthetically, they are very nice looking!

The handle stayed cool which is different than some of my other pans. When we went to flip the omelet the eggs did not stick at all & the cleanup up was so easy! You could just wipe them out! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is a lifesaver! The whole set is great! I cook daily and then dread doing dishes afterwards because of the sticky pans. These pans are lightweight, can be easily stored away and are so easy to cook with , I literally use a spatula and it does not stick. Usually when I make scrambled eggs, the eggs stick to the pan so bad. Not this pan, I cook my eggs and can wipe the pan clean right after! I absolutely love this brand and pan and will continue using their products in the future.

The pan bases are just like the stainless steel pans and are good for even cooking and heat distribution. The ceramic works well as a non stick surface. Clean up was a breeze. Just use warm soapy water and a sponge. You do not need to season the pans like stainless steel. I prefer using ceramic than pans with a chemical nonstick coating. I cooked an egg, and some turkey breast and nothing stuck. I expect the pans to last a long time. Contruction is heavy duty and the handle stayed cool. It's a great skillet set. I am super excited to continue to cook with it.

Cooks your food evenly, doesn’t stick, and heats up food quickly even while using the lowest setting on the stove. These are also very easy to clean. Only slight downside is the lids and handles get very hot while cooking since they’re metal so you must use a mitt to pick them up while cooking.
