Way Too Hot
Like others, I should have read the reviews before I bought this Crockpot. I have had several Crockpots and they all worked well, but we needed a bigger one, so we bought this unit. No matter what setting I set, it gets too hot, especially in one corner, and then it boils the stew or burns whatever I am trying to cook. It does this even on the "Keep Warm" setting. I measured the temperature of the stew in the corner that is boiling the most and it is 190 F when on "Keep Warm"

Amazing

Dent after cooking in it
Oh I loved this. Bought a few months ago and finally used yesterday. Today i noticed I have a big dent in the side.. pretty this happened after I took liner out but why would it do this.

Cheaply made
Dented straight out of the box. The outer part and handles feel super cheaply made. Crock pot used to have quality products and now they all seem cheap and flimsy. I'll have to look to another brand for my replacement.

bought about 6 months ago to replace one of 9 years, The unit was hot regardless of settings and the pot ended up cracking in the middle and leaked on me.

Great crockpot with a set it and forget it setting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while to get this review in but I should note I love this crockpot! Made some chocolate candies in it (crock pot liners are my new love) and all turned out beautifully :) Chocolate is always fussy on temperature, so it's great having the temperature in general working as expected (i.e., it all melted evenly without burning) :) While I didn't use it this time, it's great also knowing there's a set it and forget it feature (just a timer where it'll turn off without you present). Cooks and keeps warm and is always my choice for soups and stews! Perfect size for my home and family! Easy cleaning because I use liners but even without it’s easy to clean! It’s so easy to use and it’ has held up during lots of uses !

I accidentally dropped the ceramic bowl when opening and not a single issue! I made a super delicious Mac and cheese for a family dinner and everyone loved it ! It is pretty heavy so moving it could be a pain in the back My only issue is that we already have a instant pot which does the same thing faster. If you want the old fashioned slow cooker this is a definite recommendation!

The cover is a game changer!

Simple and effective

It only has three settings but it gets to a safe cooking point! I do need to purchase liners as to not mess up the removable glass bowl.

Perfect size and programmable
Very happy with this Christmas purchase!! Cooked a full pot of venison stew for 8 adults in 5 hours and it was perfect! I even had leftovers. Great size for when my whole family gets together! Love the programmable functions. It reduces down to warm automatically when time is up. Safe and convenient for those days when I’m out of the house.That’s one of the reasons I bought it!
