A: I bought this today, 11/17/2025, and it squirts clear watery liquid. I shook it up, kneaded it, and it did slowly come out white cream. But later, after a while, it was water again.

Disappointing
This diaper rash cream isn't a cream at all. The quality is just terrible. It was separated and watery. I tried shaking it in hopes to combine it but it never did. So disappointed. It's a waste of money. Just buy the name brand and stay away from this one

Do not buy!! Bought this as a cheaper alternative to the usual well known name brand. Off the bat it was very watery/oily as it had separated. No matter how much you shook it to mix, it would not mix. If anything, became more watery. Aside from that, the consistency is very curdled like. So gross.

Don't buy it!
I should have read the reviews first! I needed this for my underarm rash situation because I bought brand new deodorant of fragrance issue. I did not expect the cream rash come out super watery & very clumpy. It kinda burn my face little bit when I try to close the tub of little water splash. Disappointed. Again. Just like Athena: Petal Bloom deodorant recently(just for the heads up). So far, my arm are alright for 1st try & not burning... I think would not recommend & it's sticky. Have soap & sink nearby to wash out the cream stuff.

the first time I bought it, it seemed nice, I weirdly had to rub it in to make it cover my babies diaper rash, but it worked. but now the brand new one I got won't mix. a bunch of oil always come out, making a big mess.
