The pump on my came broken. The product really dried my baby’s skin out. I’m surprised how drying it was given the gentle ingredients. Also didn’t lather very well. Didn’t work for us

I strongly don’t recommend this product I make the mistake to try a new bath soap on my baby and she got the worst allergic reaction to this that such horrible product will never purchase again

I’ve been using this on my two kids since they were born. Love that pipette makes an unscented body wash/shampoo that is gentle enough to use from infancy to toddlers.

This product is such a staple and I especially have been loving the new wildflower fragrance! It's such a sweet scent! We usually buy the scented ones. We did try the frangrance free one once and the formula on that one did seem to be slightly different than the others. It did seem more watery which is what I noticed some other comments mention. I'm not sure if it was just that batch or if the unscented ones have a slightly watery-er texture. I've been pleased with all of the fragrance ones we've tried.

I used to love this product. I was a die hard, long time user of this and several other products. I’ve been using on myself for at least 5 years now. I now have a 1 year old and wanted to continue using in her as well but the recent formula change is not good. The product is not nearly as good as it used to be and I will be switching brands. Deeply disappointed in the formula change and in Pipette as a brand for downgrading its formula.

Pipette and Millie Moon are our go-to brands. We appreciate the clean ingredients. I do think it’s a bit expensive, but it does last a decent amount of time. My babe has very mild eczema but we haven’t noticed any negative reaction using this. We love the unscented wash/shampoo, lotion, balm, and have recently tried a scented conditioner.

Pipette is the best natural baby product on the market today. I purchased all of their products for my grandchildren. I keep an entire set here when they visit.

My son has sensitive skin and this is the only brand we use for him. The lotion and body wash are great!

Love the soap but the pump doesn't work. I had to break the bottle open and poor it into a different bottle.

This is supposed to be a clean brand apparently but smells disgusting like plastic and very artificial.

I was actually able to give my baby his first bath with Pipette while he was in the NICU. My son has eczema so having a baby wash that’s gentle and hydrating is very important to me (him smelling like a vanilla cupcake after bath time is a just a plus!). Pipette checks all the boxes for my family!

Very inconvenient - most recently purchased 2 of these and neither pump worked.

This is the 4th bottle of pipette products that I have received and the pump is unable to pop up to use. What is the point of purchasing if you can’t use the pump? This is a serious quality control issue in the packaging. I’m super disappointed because I liked their products until they switched the pump in the last few months or so. All of the wash, shampoo and conditioner had this issue over the course of a few months. Such a waste of money. I did ask for a replacement this time but what are the chances the shampoo and conditioner are both unable to pop up in the same shipment, which happened. I tried other tricks that people said worked but they didn’t. I ended up breaking the pump off trying to pull it up. Super fishy to me. Get it together pipette! You promote good products, but have a large pump issue? I may have to switch products because of the pump not because of the product. Been loyal and buying for years. Super unfortunate.

The consistency is thicker like a cream whereas before it was more gel-like. When the product is expelled from the pump, it retains its shape. The bottleneck is also longer and easier to pump out the product. Overall happy with the change, although unsure if ingredients changed and effect EWG verification. I am using less product due to the consistency change.
