Use attached brush end to smudge, diffuse and blend as desired.

We recommend using the CoverGirl Make-up Masters 3-in-1 Sharpener, or a similar sharpener with a smaller hole for precise sharpening. If your sharpener blade feels dull or it’s hard to sharpen, replacing it usually helps. We don’t suggest refrigerating or freezing the pencil, as that can affect its performance. It goes on smoothly and smudges great with a fingertip. The faint glitter effect is gorgeous and has made it my go-to. The eyeliner is very soft and does break easily, however, and there’s no way to extend it. IT DOES have product through the length of the pencil— you have to carefully use a sharpener.

Don’t buy
I bought this today, I opened the product and the tip broke immediately. I couldn’t even use it once, and there’s no other product besides the tip shown at the top.

Waste of money
Tip broke instantly, and there is nothing more than the tip from what i can tell. I tried shaking it, twisting it in different places, nothing worked. Couldnt even use it once before i had to throw it away.

FINALLY KOHL LINER IS BACK!!
While this isn't the kohl pencil eyeliner from the past, it's still awesome. Good pigmentation, glides on easily, long wearing and does not smear. I also like the added bonus of a blending tip. 5 stars!

I brought this and within the first ten seconds of me using it, it broke. There is not product in there at all to get more so I’m very disappointed and would like a refund

Two time use.
I bought The covergirl upside down eyeliner. It only lasts for a few applications, before it’s done. It appears like it twists to apply additional liner to the pencil. But it doesn’t. Once you use what is on the stick. There is no more to us. Awfully expensive for an eyeliner stick that only lasts for two or three applications. I love the colors. So, very disappointed.
