While the color is amazing there is basically 0 product. There’s only what you see at the tip and using them they just disappear I maybe got 2-3 uses out of one pen :/

First application was so smooth(just use a lighter hand!) and so pigmented! And sharpens like anyother plastic eyeliner! I wish I could find this all year round because red eyeliner is so hard to find! 10/10

Don’t buy
I bought this today, I opened the product and the tip broke immediately. I couldn’t even use it once, and there’s no other product besides the tip shown at the top.

Waste of money
Tip broke instantly, and there is nothing more than the tip from what i can tell. I tried shaking it, twisting it in different places, nothing worked. Couldnt even use it once before i had to throw it away.

Can't sharpen
What were they thinking? It doesn’t twist up and it’s plastic so it can’t be sharpened. I got the red and I love the colour but it’s useless after two applications.

Two time use.
I bought The covergirl upside down eyeliner. It only lasts for a few applications, before it’s done. It appears like it twists to apply additional liner to the pencil. But it doesn’t. Once you use what is on the stick. There is no more to us. Awfully expensive for an eyeliner stick that only lasts for two or three applications. I love the colors. So, very disappointed.
