I have to take Mg daily to avoid migraines. While I didn’t enjoy having to take so many pills to meet my daily amount (3 pills for only 350mg), I feel like the absorption efficacy helped taking a smaller dose than what I normally would. I’ve taken magnesium supplements for quite some time and with this Country Life brand, I would say that I didn’t notice anything significantly different than other brands. A definite positive is that I didn’t notice anything that was causing a disruption or worsening of already present symptoms in my day to day routine. No upset stomach, insomnia, flushing of the skin, etc… I would say it’s worth the purchase, especially at the price point. This review was not influenced by any promotion.

I have been working to improve my sleep habits in multiple ways, including reducing screen time, light and noise around bed time. Just as I was starting to look into Magnesium supplements I noticed Expert Voice and Country Life were offering a trial program. I have worked my way through the full 30 days of the Magnesium Supplement. The bottle comes with 90 pills, which are taken 3 per day, giving you about a month. Although I was able to stick to a consistent pattern of taking the supplement almost every day, I didn't really notice a consistent change in my sleep patterns. Towards the middle of the month I was sleep a little more consistently, including during a camping trip, but I noticed at the end of the month that I was back to being unable to fall asleep. Due to the inconsistent sleep over the month I feel like the jury is still out on whether or not Magnesium actually helps. I felt great after taking these! The only issue I had was the number of pills that was required for 1 dose. If there was a way to even get it down to 2, but 1 would be best. Straight and to the point. Ive never been one for medications. This natural supplement has taken my lower back pain and stress and dampened it more than I expected. I’m one of those people that all my stress goes to my back so for me to feel a change with just this product, I can confidently say that it does what it claims to do and didn’t give me any negative side effects like any unnatural medication would. It also seemed to take effect rather quickly, within 15-30 minutes of me taking it. Yes the pills are fairly large but for me that wasn’t a problem as pill size never really gave me any issues. I took this supplement mostly in the morning with my coffee to start my day and sometimes at night about an hour before burn to calm my nerves and help me chill out. I genuinely believe the average person benefit from taking this as it’s just a good way to give your body a form of relaxation before you find a reason to feel stress and tension. To be honest, I didn't notice any difference - but you might! I know several people who have found that magnesium supplements really help their sleep.
