I love that it has specific ingredients to support women daily. The reasons I recommend this product are: 1) it has methylated folate as opposed to regular folate. Methylated folate is easier to absord, thus making the vitamin more effective. 2) It add probiotics! I love that probiotics are included. Gut health is super important and having it added to a daily vitamin is easier than remembering to take a separate pill. 3) It has digestive enzymes added. This is super helpful for digestion, especially when travelling! It's so nice to have this included in the multi. Overall, I highly recommend this product! I didn't like this product because it upset my stomach and made my pee neon yellow.
