I was so excited to try Country Life's Realfood Organics for Men. It's gratifying to get a multivitamin that is organic and adds no artificial sweeteners, colors etc. The tablets are super easy to swallow and provide my needed vitamin requirements. *Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try.* I went into trying these vitamins thinking I wouldn't really notice any changes. I just figured they would be like any other vitamin that I take because it has the stuff that's "good for you", but these actually are different. Since I started these vitamins, I feel that I wake up with more energy and less of the everyday sluggish feeling I usually feel for the first few hours of the morning. I also feel like I don't get as tired as I used to half way through my work day. These also have no bad taste and whether you take it with or with out food you don't get those burps with the funky taste afterward.

I can’t say that I noticed a big difference in my belay but I was already taking a multivitamin and has a pretty healthy active lifestyle. I rate this product highly based on the natural and organic ingredients as well as how it was easy in my body. Not all supplements are. No issue at all during the 30 days. I recommend giving this product a try if you’re looking for a multivitamin.

I’ve taken several multivitamins in my lifetime and never really jived with any of them. I’ve been taking this multivitamin for about 3 weeks now. This is the first one I’ve taken that doesn’t seem to feel forced. I didn’t get any funny after taste or “medicine” type of flavor. The pills are fairly large but for me that wasn’t an issue. Swallowing pills has never been a problem. I also didn’t experience the hyper yellow urine that I’ve gotten with any other multivitamin I’ve taken. I’ve taken this multivitamin on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with a glass of water and never experienced discomfort of any kind. I intermittent fasting so I typically don’t eat from 8pm-1pm the next day. I’ve also taken this product after lunch and after dinner as well. I regularly regardless of when I took it, felt better energy and more alert along with better concentration. Physically I seemed to feel a bit less fatigue. I feel like anybody in any category could benefit from this multivitamin. It’s a great all encompassing vitamin that the average person needs on a regular basis. I’m a very active person that’s strength trains and trains Brazilian JiuJitsu and I feel as though it’s supplemented my vitamin and mineral intake really well. But even for less active people, I feel like it will benefit them as well as I’ve seen most people tend to not get to eat when they should or even get to eat what they should. As far as possible improvements, I’d be ecstatic if this multivitamin included all the minerals that the human body needs. Otherwise, I couldn’t be happier with it! Great job!
