Dont buy

What made me purchase this ice machine was because the top lifted and I thought it would be easier to clean. It worked great for a couple of months my only problem was that it got dirty really quick I had to wash it at least two times a week. However now it shuts off, always saying ice filled even when it’s empty, some days it won’t make ice at all. I’m in the process of looking for a better machine now. Dont waste your money on this machine.

Love It!!! Amazing lot of ice within minutes!

I've been wanting a portable ice maker for like 3 years now since I seen my neighbors and used her's every time I'm there. I finally ordered it and I'm in love. My husband didn't believe me when I told him it makes ice within 6-8 minutes and he heard it and viola ice. It taste so good no bad taste I use clean water haven't tried sink but taste amazing. I've even let ice melt and drank the water in my cup. Within a day of it making ice I filled a big gallon zip lock bag. The cubes are perfect sizes. Also love it comes with scooper,self cleaning and a drain to drain the water after cleaning. The only thing I would recommend is an attachment to hold the scooper. It also stops when the ice is full so you don't have to worry of it spilling out. It also lets you know when ice is full and let's you know when you need to add more water. The machine will stop and red light indicator will light so no worries of it messing up. I love this machine.

Think Twice

I purchaed this ice machine in October, today is January 14, 2023 and the machine is dead, It will not produce ice at all. Machine powers on it just won't produce ice. I followed all instructions, keep the machine clean and have not caused any damage to the machine. I don't know why it will not produce ice.

Disappointing

The ice cubes are made quickly enough but they are wet and sticky and it has taken me developing a little "system" to deal with them. The real reason for the two stars is the plug to drain unused water out. It is super difficult to get a hold of and it usually takes two of us to get it out without spilling water everywhere. It is also very flimsy and I predict will break very soon. Super frustrating and poorly designed!! I should have spent more on something better.
