Overall, it works as expected for casual use around the house

This ride-on truck is a fun option for kids who enjoy having some control. The remote is helpful for parents to steer when needed, and the child can easily use the forward and reverse foot pedal. The lights and music are a nice touch that our little one enjoyed, adding to the play experience. It handles reasonably well on flat surfaces. The main thing to note is that the battery life is adequate for shorter play sessions before needing a recharge.

NEEDS SAFETY RECALL!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! After two months of the car working great, it now automatically switches to autopilot (with remote nowhere in sight) and drives rogue with the child in it. There is no way to control it and it's absolutely terrifying. IT IS SO DANGEROUS!!!!! Absolutely do not purchase if you care at all about your child's safety. Have contacted target about safety recall process.

Waste of money.

Truthfully, it's cheap, which is ridiculous since it's over $200. My husband was so excited to get this for our daughter just for it to not work, it won't connect to the remote which was the selling point. Doesn't want to fully charge, the stickers were half off when we got it. It was surprising how short some of the screws were for certain parts when we put it together.

Stopped working in 1 month

We had this for exactly a month, with pretty much daily use and proper charging and battery care. Battery just took a dive. Luckily, target took it back with no issues and we got the Polaris RZR which the kids have been loving. We also have the Hot Wheels dune buggy and I would highly recommend those both, much better quality.

Perfect for kids

My daughter loves this car so much! It is perfect. Love that we can control it and when she’s old enough she can drive it herself too. It was also fairly easy to put together. It took me less than an hour alone to do it.
