Meh.

The description says this cup keeps cold beverages cold. But even if I fill it with a room-temperature drink over five ice cubes, the ice is melted within a couple hours. Maybe it does better with hot drinks. The bottom is also quite narrow, not wide enough for an ice cube to lay on its side. Still, it's quite comfortable to hold and easy to wash by hand. I wouldn't pay $11 for it again, let alone the $25 MSRP.

I have been looking for a travel mug like this for quite sometime. I love that it keeps your beverage of choice cold or hot and can be put in the microwave and dishwasher and is easy to wash by hand in-between.

I love this simple cup!

I love this cup. It is easy to use and keeps my tea hot. It has a nice sleeve grip. The lid is easy to remove and put on. It fits perfectly in my car cup holder. There is no way to seal this so it doesn't leak. It takes the place of paper and plastic disposable cups. I highly recommend this cup.

I love that it holds cold and hot drinks but the lid where you drink out of has these little hair like pieces that keep hanging off and I’ve cleaned it and all that but it keeps happening and drives me nuts when I take a drink
