Not connecting to wifi

Not connecting to wifi, tablet is outdated from 2021. Reset and restarted the whole tablet several times, restarted my WiFi router the tablet is broke and I don't understand why y'all keep selling these tablets and it's bd!

Brand new, won't stay on and won't charge.

Dead pixels immediately upon turning on. It keeps shutting off and says the battery is dead. Tried to recharge overnight but continues to say the same dead battery symbol. Target site is telling me I can’t return this item, even to the seller, but I’m going into the store because I’m getting my money back for this junk.
