Broken leg
This was one of the gifts my son received for Christmas from “Santa” and when he opened it, one of the legs was broken. We thought maybe we could just attach it back but nope. This was very disappointing and super upsetting. The app doesn’t even allow me to select “fix the issue” for this item.

Used and dirty
Cute toy, my 4 year old liked it so much that we decided to get one as a gift for my niece too. Unfortunately each time we ordered (2 times) the box came with what very clearly was a used toy. Packages were re-taped and dirty. I even had speculations that my son's toy had been a repackaged but he was so excited to receive it, that I couldn't return it. I took back the first one we were going to gift to my niece and will be headed back to the store to return the second one as well. Why is it so hard to get a new/clean product?

Very impressive robot
I was surprised to this toy I’m expecting not much because of the cheap price compared to the one we can buy in the toy department store But when I receive it and tested before give it to my grandchild I’m so impressed and I bought another one.. I’m sure the kiddo will love the robot.
