Too much fragrance , got headaches from the smell.

I have used this for years and happy it comes in a cardboard container. 4 stars because I am not crazy about the scent

I've noticed that Target is decreasing their eco friendly/sustainable items in general but I came across this plastic free gem. Great scent - would buy again.

Love this hand soap refill! Bought it for the first time in June and ready to buy more. Container lasted longer than I thought it would, with a good amount of refill for a great price. The scent is fresh and pleasant, but not too heavy of a fragrance. Also, like that the packaging is a paper box instead of a plastic bottle and that it’s a product free of a lot of common chemicals.

BEST SOAP EVER!! Smells so good, leaves my hands feeling so much better. I would definitely buy stocks of this if I could

The fact that there is no fragrance free option pretty much negates quite a bit of the benefit on the environment of the good recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging. It's too bad. They fell down on that one very well known issue re environmentally friendly products and where health is concerned, fragrances added to products are at the top of the list of that which causes skin problems for many people. They could have at least provided a fragrance free option.

The smell is very strong, my husband purchased this on a whim and the smell is definitely not my favorite. Also, I don’t think they’re as nontoxic as they claim to be

I bought this for the scent. It’s a nice “calm” lemony smell. I love that the company offers refills and I agree with the ingredients HOWEVERRRRR nothing dries my hands out quite like this soap, the oils on my hands are STRIPPED after using this.

Pros: Love the carton. I use this in my foaming hand soap dispenser (diluted with water) and it works great. I’ll probably get 4-5 refills out of it. Cons: Got the water blossom scent and I don’t love it. It smells very grandma floral to me. I’d prefer something more mild or modern.

Thank God i found this product! Plastic free first and forming! People need to be aware of how much plastic is harming us and the environment! And it smells nice! Definitely all im gonna buy from now on better than big corporate products that barely care about our oceans and environment and well being than making profit!

I wanted to like this, and it does a good job cleaning hands. It also doesn't overly dry out my hands. Unfortunately, the scent is very aggressive and it lingers forever.

Nossle works perfect, dispenses nicely. Smells amazingly clean. Doesnt dry out my hands at all. This product is all around amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CleanCults Lemon Verbena Hand Soap 12 oz with Aluminum Pump is a very sensible option for hand washing. It’s an aluminum bottle that is made to be refilled instead of thrown out when finished. I absolutely love how easy it is to refill! The Lemon Verbena scent is extremely subtle, you can barely smell the scent. I do feel that this product could be enhanced with having it just a bit bolder. The soap is clear and thin but lathers on very well. It does leave the hands feeling clean, but I noticed they are real dry after using. I feel that that can be overlooked based on the fact that they do not use any harsh chemicals in their formula.. no phthalates, phosphates, SLS, SLES, Petroleum based ingredients, or dyes. It’s really an impressive product considering none of that is used. I will definitely try other Clean Cult products based on my knowledge and experience from using this specific hand wash, but I probably won’t buy this, or the refills for it, being that I need to prioritize hydration and moisturizer in my personal hand soaps I use. I would recommend for others to try this product out!

I love that this is refillable and great for Mother Earth. It cleanses well and moisturizes my hands after making it smooth and smells wonderful. I highly recommend it, and the price is absolutely affordable for the aluminum bottle that can be refilled and reused forever. I will repurchase this.
