CHI Keratin Shampoo Conditioner - 64 fl oz/2pc

My hair is so silky and smooth.

I was using Redkin's All Soft for years until switching to Matrix Biolage Smooth Proof, and ending up with Chi's Keratin shampoo/conditioner. I have natural curly hair and I use this every hair wash, and I use the Chi Keratin oil when I flat iron it.

I was excited to try this since I use the CHI brand on my dogs. But I was disappointed it did not smell good and it made my hair very dull and oily so this was not for me I had to return it.

Absolutely strips your hair and leaves it dry and damaged. Highly recommend it’s a 10 keratin shampoo and conditioner over this. It has yet to fail me and I definitely learned my lesson trying anything else.

Excellent! I’ve been using this product for over a year and I’m highly satisfied! My hair was frizzy, dry, over processed and damaged, coudn’t find any product that helped to restore it not even products at high-end salons. I tried everything and then I came across this gem. My hair is no longer dry, frizzy nor damaged. This gem nourishes and hydrates my hair leaving is soft and manageable. It’s been over a year now and it’s still doing the job! I highly recomment!

Ive bought Chi products before and they’ve always worked like a charm but not this product. This first thing wrong with the shampoo and conditioner was the glue that stuck both of the bottles together. Second, the conditioner cap was defective. Third, the shampoo feels gunky/clumpy in your hands and when you rub them together to put on your hair, absolutely no foam shows up it feels like lotion. Fourth, my hair ends up looking the same like when I first got in the shower. Fifth, when im brushing my hair it feels like my hair has product buildup and leaves my hands feeling weird and my brush too. These products certainly did not work for me. I have long straight/wavy hair.

Chi is one of my favorite brands for hair care. This is the first time I tried the Karatin line and I'm very satisfied with the performance of both the shampoo and conditioner. Leaves my hair silky smooth and shiny with no tangles. Light pleasant fragrance, rinses out easily. Highly recommend!

The packaging had sticky glue holding the bottles together that wouldn’t come off after 20 minutes scratching at it. My hair ended up getting stuck in it and pulled out three times before I finally got mad and threw out both bottles. I will never buy this brand again for how stupidly this was packaged and how much long hair I lost just trying to get it upstairs to the shower.

This product states it does not have sulfate but it does and I would not recommend this product if you have a Brazilian blow out. This is why I bought this particular product and I am deeply dissappointed.

This shampoo is game changer. Has transformed my hair from dried, brittle, frizzy to healthy hair. It also smell amazing.

I was hoping I’d like this but it was a no for me. First of all there’s way too much perfume. Secondly my hair is extreme squeaky when I rinse it out - It feels like it strips out my natural oils, by the looks of things it probably does. And lastly, parts of my hair was dry before I even got a chance to blow it dry. This never happens to me unless there’s something harsh in the product that took away any moisture. It leaves my hair frizzy too! Big disappointment.

I Love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. Makes my hair feel very clean and looking very shiny. I use the chi keratin leave in conditioner with this also!
