Cute but not very durable
This is very cute and the price is great compared to other brands but seems low quality. The cash box opens with a button and clicks closed and it broke within an hour of opening it and won’t stay closed any more. My kids weren’t rough with it either. They still enjoy playing with it but I wouldn’t buy again.

This is such a cute little toy my toddler picked out on a recent target trip! It’s nice and small so I don’t feel overwhelmed with it in the house. It has a beep sound on the scanner but it’s a very non obnoxious quiet beep which I am very thankful for! Also the cutest little speakerphone to make announcements on, love it. The money drawer on ours doesn’t have the best closure, it needs to be closed at the right angle for it to not pop open, but my toddler got the hang of it so I don’t really mind. Adorable little toy for hours of imaginative play!

I bought this for my 14mth old. They enjoy it quite a bit. I have a love/hate with the pre-attached pricing scanner. The cord is too short so the whole thing lifts up as you when you try to scan most things. However, at least you don't lose it. The shopping basket fits in the palm of my hands. It's very little which also means the food items are small. I like that the machine makes sound and you can open the drawer. The microphone is also a bit too short, another 2 inches would have been idea. Durable product. We've had it accidently fall off the coffee table a couple of times and it's without issue still. Overall, worth the price and is a fun starter playset.

Bang for the buck
I’m not sure you can do any better for the price - it’s adorable, solidly made, great for pretend play, and even though I generally avoid toys with batteries that make noise, nothing about this bothers me. All of the extra items (grocery basket, play food, play money) are unnecessary but helpful since we had this sent to a vacation home where we don’t have any other toys. I’m already thinking of who I might gift one to for birthdays or Christmas.
