A: I wear this every night with very thin, fragile hair, and even my hair doesn’t dry by morning if you’re worried about Breakage or hair loss, or your hair isn’t the when hair type that is stronger when it’s wet I wouldn’t buy this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using bonnets to protect my curls during sleep for years and I've found that most of them, after a few uses, double up as an unexpected eye-mask when the elastic loosens or just slip off altogether. Having the tie feature on this bonnet is *so* much better for the security of the bonnet when sleeping. The only issue I faced was snagging the curls at the base of my neck when I secured the tie. Apart from that, this satin bonnet is secure, soft to touch and easy on my hair. Absolutely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this satin bonnet two days ago and allowed myself to test it out after a wash day. I usually struggle for my bonnet to stay on through the night fortunately the tie bonnet did not come off at all. I was happy to noticed it stayed on. As someone that has quite thick hair I was a little worried it wouldnt fit all my hair…It just about fit. Maybe an option for different sizes would be a good feature aswell. Overall good product I can see it being used as an every night bonnet.

Silk Bonnets are great for strengthening and keepi
This is my silk bonnet I sleep in every night! I love the fit and style of bonnet. It is also very comfortable and it never affects my sleep which is important as a light sleeper. I have had this bonnet for a couple months and washed it many times and it is durable. I have fine, thin hair that breaks really easily and I am being honest when I say I have noticed a difference in my hair since before using a silk bonnet. The silk texture is great for hair and preventing breakage. It has allowed my hair to grow and stay healthy. I have a small forehead so the band of the bonnet was hard to figure out at first, but now I leave it over my eyes at night and let it double as a sleep mask!

Not compatable with Large heads
This bonnet is not made to be easy for a man with long hair to use. The hole for the head is very small but just barely large enough to fit my head. Unrelated but I also think it’s manipulative to put a black woman on the packaging when she just made the design. It clearly implies that this is a black owned business when that is not that case for Cantu. It’s very obviously exploiting this lovely artist’s image to imply the business is black owned for those not thoroughly examining the packaging. The target I went to only had one option though so I bought it with no way of knowing if it would fit. Will never buy again once this rips.

I literally WILL NOT sleep without a silk bonnet after hair wash days! It keeps my hair smooth, healthy, and feeling clean for days! I’ve tried elastic band ones but the tie feature is my favorite because I know it will stay put in my sleep!

No stretch and does not stay put. It has two ends to tie but it always unties. If I want to wear it over a heatless curl overnight , it always messes it up because it has no give when going on. Had loose threads right out of the box.

Super adequate bonnet
It works as far as being a bonnet. When it is on your head, your hair will tangle far less and it will keep it smooth. But as far as being something that stays on while you sleep- I have woken up with it over my whole face and nose lol. It is difficult to get all your hair in and fastened, too. I wore it around during the day and it worked great! It’s just tough to get on and it doesn’t handle movement at all.
