About the Author

Masa Ogrizek, a philosopher and graduate in Sociology of Culture, has been self-employed in culture as a critic and writer since 2008. Masa first worked primarily as a critic and journalist; though in recent years she has increasingly established herself as a youth writer. Her writing is characterized by word games and warm humor, and she likes to experiment with form. Masa lives and works in Ljubljana.

Miha Hancic, known as miha ha, is a comic book author and illustrator who graduated from the Faculty of Education with a thesis on original comics. He frequently collaborates with writer Masa Ogrizek and is the co-creator of popular series such as Kokodajsa, KoKortonk, Luka iz bloka, and Grozna sola. Many of the books Miha has illustrated have received the Golden Pear quality mark, and his work has been featured at the Slovenian Biennial of Illustration. Miha also illustrates for children's magazines, including Ciciban, Cicido, and Stripburger. He lives and works in Gozd, Slovenia.
