Terrible product quality.
At first, the device refused to connect to the mobile app, and without the app it does not work at all. After numerous attempts and a lot of unnecessary hassle, the connection was finally established. After that, the device fails both the skin test and the skin tone test. Most likely, the optical module is defective, as after switching it on the device does not perform a proper measurement and even detects contact with air as if it were skin. A terrible device. I definitely do not recommend it for purchase.

Amazing Results — Highly Recommended! (PCOS User)
I started using the Braun IPL, because I have PCOS, which causes stubborn and frequent hair growth. I began with my chin, upper lip, underarms, and full legs — and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The hair has reduced so much already, far more than I expected. Seeing such clear improvement makes me incredibly happy. My husband also tried it for his underarms and chest, and he’s gotten great results as well. We’re both very satisfied with how effective it is. Overall, I highly, highly recommend the Braun IPL. It’s definitely worth it!

Real Results After 2 Sessions
I’m genuinely impressed with the results! I started noticing less hair growth and smoother skin on my arms, legs, and underarms after just my second session on all three areas. Best thing I did all summer!

I was totally wrong! I used it religiously for 6 weeks straight and I saw incredible results! So much so that my husband wanted me to use it on him! I travel a LOT, and not having to shave my armpits or legs anymore is a HUGE flex. Buy this yesterday!

Painless and works like a charm

I use it on the lowest power setting because I'm very sensitive to pain, and it still works without hurting. App needs more work
I got this model expecting more from the app, but still needs a lot of work. Sometimes gets stuck. It doesn’t give you much info. It can be hard to move dates so I have to erase the plan for lower legs (ex) to update the date. Still on my firsts sessions so I can’t tell if it does works on my hair. Hope it does! I know it’s a good brand.

To all the women out there it will never work permanently. I would never waste my time. Why do I need to use this if I have to do it for 30 to 40 years. I am a retired dermatologist which I focused to other skin conditions. I studied this kinds of Braun thru out my career and never ounce worked. If u women like to waste your money by own means do so. You will spend all your life's getting no results.

Fast results
I own both the pro 5 and now the smart. I was curious if I would have better results with the smart and I have. I had some stubborn facial hair that is now almost gone after 5 weekly sessions. I also found the smart to be more affective on my legs than the pro. Also with both I had better results than when I paid a lot of money for not so great results at a med spa. And that was just for my face. With this I can touch up as needed and it’s super easy and private. Well worth the investment.

Great tool and life changing!
