Not worth it, doesnt work as professional ones.
As someone who has gotten laser hair removal on my lip and chin. Don’t buy this! It doesn’t work. I was trying to be cheap and do it at home but it’s pointless. Who wants to wait 4 weeks to maybe see if it works?? Go get it done from somewhere. It’s instant and you can even hear as the hair follicles burst and burn. Don’t buy this crap. Spend the money and get it done right! I’m disappointed. But I’m glad I finally tried it to see it’s pointless. * Also I have thick hairs and professionally it disappeared for 2 year until I gained weight and some showed again.

Burned and Inconsistent
I am black, but within the complexion threshold for the product to "work"... It only consistently worked on my legs; I was zapped several times on the hip/bikini area with two burn marks. The product was painful and did not work consistently...

Not too painful

It really doesn’t hurt too bad though and keeps your skin hairless much longer than shaving. Have only used twice so far but hoping the more uses the less hair grows.

When doing treatment you’ll feel a very slightly shock when it in high power setting but is very mild and in the low power setting you not fell much at all. I do recommend to look away when doing treatment because the light is supper bright although manual states there’s no safety risk. It’s also no recommend to use during pregnancy.

This is a handheld, well built and easy to use infrared light. I noticed my hair taking longer to grow in the first two weeks of using it. However results will vary based on skin tone and hair type. Easy to use for beginners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think laser treatment is the new technology for hair removal. I shaved my chin as directed and used the smaller head (it comes with a bigger one for bigger areas as well, like for legs). Then I would use the laser treatment 24 hours later. Each week I could definitely see that my hair Folecules were getting weaker in growing. But within the 4 weeks, they never stopped growing. So I think I just may have to do maintenance keep up. You plug the device in, hold it to your skin and a light will activate if the hair color is correct and you have it placed correctly. Then you press the button and it's just a little shock with a red light. I do it in the mirror to make sure I'm getting the whole area. I was pleased with the product, Id just like to try my legs or a larger area. Id recommend for people who are tired of shaving all the time or their hair grows quickly.

A home treatment lifesaver

I’ve owned other hair removers years ago, but the function and design of my previous IPL is evident in its ease of use, power, and effectiveness. This is such a great product for home use, and the safety features allow you to use it without fear. The power is far superior to others I’ve owned, and I like that it’s plugged in instead of battery powered. I don’t have to worry about charging when I get time to use it. I also enjoyed the two different sized heads that allowed me to navigate with ease. It’s solid, and works well and I would recommend it to anyone…especially those of us dealing with perimenopause! I used it for over a month, weekly, to ensure the product worked well, and can attest—it sure does!

So far no real results

It might just take more time. A month is pretty short. It is quick and easy to use and painless. The machine gets quite hot but doesn’t burn you. I’m looking forward to continue using it and hopefully get less hairy.

Say goodbye to shaving!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed with my at home laser treatments with Braun’s Pro 3 IPL hair removal as I have only used this product for one month and have already seen a difference. While this device doesn’t have a laser, it has a special light based hair removal technology which gently removes your hair and breaks the hair growth cycle. while I did kindly receive this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion, the drastic results over the little time period speaks for itself. With only four sessions, my hair is already growing back in patches. How it works is over time, the hairs will fall out naturally and regrowth is delayed and then you will only have to touch up once every couple of months. What’s special about this version is it will adapt to your skin tone, making it more gentle and safe as usually those with more pigmented skin may be more inclined with burns. Which was my concern as i’ve never tried any laser treatment as I have extremely sensitive skin and I have very tan skin, yet I have had no issues at all. I have used it on my legs, arm pits, bikini line, and face with no issues at all, with no burns, no irritation and no problems. I also love its gentle setting when you’re first starting out to get used to the product and to make sure there’s no issues. Definitely give this at home IPL treatment a try if you’re tired of shaving and having ingrown hairs like me. I can’t wait to share this product with my sisters so we barely have to shave again. You can’t go wrong, as it’s a high quality product with great results.

Long Term Laser Alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this device and have been using it for about a month. I have noticed some hair reduction, although it says it takes about 12 weeks to achieve full results. It is very easy to use and has an auto feature - you simply hold the button down and as you move it along your skin it will flash automatically. It does burn slightly during treatment but is not really painful. It plugs in so you don’t have to worry about charging it. I’m hoping to keep seeing more hair reduction over the next 8 weeks.

So I did only give this 4 stars and here are the main reasons. You have to be plugged into the wall. While I do understand why it would be so much more convenient not to be but I know the power then would simply not be there.. I have been using this for a little over a month so ai cannot speak to full results because it hasn't been long enough but I definitely see progress! You use it weekly in the beginning and then taper off to as needed and it shouldn't be too often. It doesn't hurt and it seems to work and work quickly. I am looking forward to less hair and less work to remove said hair!
