Do not buy
It worked one time successfully. Second attempt it jammed after 10 seconds. Multiple attempts at unclogging and restarting and it was incapable of grinding coffee beans, the one job it had. Do not waste your time or money.

Absolute JUNK. The design is awful. 2nd time using it, it completely clogged inside. Spent an hour trying to clear it out. The catch can does not secure into the base and vibrates out while in use. Needless to say its getting returned and we should have researched before purchasing. Very disappointed DO NOT recommend it.

I normally research products before buying them when it comes to appliances, etc. This time, I did not do that. Please do not make the same mistake I did. This grinder is a failure on arrival. It got jammed or something the very first use - brand new, and it wasn't up to the task it was designed for. The pathway inside of the unit where the grounds are meant to travel is designed poorly, the collection container isn't secure...and the cord sits funny on the bottom, making it a bit awkward in how it sits on your counter. I do see the responses from Target saying that it's highly suggested to clean the unit daily, run for a small amount of time, allow it to cool down between cycles...I do believe that failing to operate even on the first try for more than 10 or 15 seconds is a pretty good indicator of design flaws as opposed to 1D10T errors. We would return it, but as my husband was trying to get the cord to lay correctly so the grinder would sit properly on our counter, the hopper fell off and broke on the floor.

I wish I could like this thing, it's pretty quiet, grinds fast, and has good grind settings. But every single time I use it, about half the ground coffee falls into the machine instead of the grounds container, and I have to bang the side of it to get the ground to fall out the bottom all over my counter. Very annoying.

We recommend ensuring the slot where the grinds container slides in is completely clean, as stray grounds on the base or behind the container can prevent the sloped rubber lid from sealing properly. Once the container is snugly in place and grinding is complete, firmly knocking the side of the grinder before removing the container can help dislodge clinging grounds. Regularly cleaning the grinding chute according to the user manual will also prevent buildup that can drop out all at once and create a mess. Terrible design
This grinder is awful. The collection container is small and oddly shaped so the grounds get stuck. The grounds also get stuck in the machine and then spill out later after you have emptied it. Poor design. Don’t waste your money.

Dont buy this.
The little collection bin “walks” away from the grinder as it’s grinding so you have to stand there and hold it the whole time. Doesn’t shut off automatically. And the container is small and awkward for scooping out off. Stopped working after two weeks.

Good Experience IF operated AFTER reading Manual & daily cleaning
Used it for over 1 month now with no issues & great results. Requires daily cleaning of top SS burr insert using a small brush for good maintenance. GRIND FOR 20 SECONDS ONLY and let it rest for 2min per manual instructions to portect the motor. The catch container forms a hermetic seal WHEN PLACED PROPERLY. to do so, insert the wedge/corner first and then rotate inwards for the rubber lid to form a good seal with the chutte. Remove the top SS burr insert and clean it. with a fine brush after each use. Gave it 4 stars due to the daily maintenace required but the generated ground coffee consistency is top quality. Replacement top burr inserts are also available due to wear & tear after extended use period. Noise level is not an issue and quieter than a blade grinder. It's definitely not a "plug & play" type of operation for someone on-the-go, but rather for meticulous, detail-oriented users.

This coffee grinder was absolutely horrible. I wasted so much coffee because of the mess. The container slides out due to the vibration and coffee goes everywhere.
This coffee maker is the messiest ever. When you grind your coffee, the container literally vibrates and moves away from the unit, causing coffee to go everywhere. I wasted so much coffee.
