The BEST for pet hair!
By far, this is the BEST handheld vacuum I have tried! The pet hair from my two cats is quickly and easily vacuumed up and then I can also use the wand for crevices and under the fridge. Emptying the vacuum is quite easy and the filters are completely washable. I am delighted and have recommended it to my fur-baby friends!

So disappointed.
I bought this because I love Black & Decker but this is a gross disappointment. It is so obnoxiously loud you can barely stand it. The battery lasts like 7 minutes, tops. Thank God I have my old dust buster.

No suction
Does not perform as described. I bought this to battle German Shepherd hair on my furniture. The unit has almost no suction. It does have powerful spinning bristles which works well however the lack of strong suction makes the unit useless.

I used it 3 times after getting it for Christmas.:… it now keeps shutting off and won’t stay on ….. don’t waste your money !!!!

Love it but needs parts
. Reliable and picks up pet hair really well but they need replaceable parts. I've used it for 2 years and picks up pet hair from hard surfaces and cloth very well. The pet brush housing got brittle and fell apart and there is no replacement for it. The rest of the housing and mechanical parts work great but the pet brush is critical and is not available for purchase anywhere :(

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I can suck better than this crap. I was super excited to use it, charged it ALL day. Lasted me maybe 40 secs. I put it back on charge for 4 hours. Went to use it and it died on within 40 seconds again. I’m glad I kept my receipt, returning this piece of junk back TODAY.

TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE
Had it for about 6 years and it was great. Now it won’t hold a chg for More than 5 minutes, even though it says fully Charged. It was a great price Back then, but overpriced now

Do not buy
Suction is so poor that it's essentially useless. The charge craps out after only a few minutes. I was excited to buy this at first, especially after reading some good reviews but now I am disappointed that I wasted my money.

Don't waste your money
Actually sucks, does not suck up anything you’d want it to. Battery life can barely last 15 stairs, especially when you’re going over stairs multiple times to make sure the dirt is picked up.

I order this vacuum and received a saw. I had to jump through hoops to get it returned and still didn't receive a refund. I also had to repurchase the vacuum to get the correct item because customer service told me it was shipped third party so it was out of their hands.

Extremely noisy. Every animal in my house runs for cover when I just hold the vacuum. The QA staff must have been wearing ear plugs during testing. The dust collector container is difficult to remove and replace for cleaning.
