TERRIBLE, does not work at all. Will not even vacuum up small crumbs. Completely useless.

Poor battery life, doesn’t suck things up well at all and all the dirt falls out when you tip it. Not good!

This thing sucks and not in the way it’s supposed to. The suction power is terrible. At this point I am just going to use a broom or a pan. Looking for another one asap.

Never underestimate the importance of design. This device is poorly designed so, although it does an adequate (not superb) job of picking up dust and crumbs, the nozzle angle is less than optimum; the rubber rim drags against carpets and rugs; and the attached brush makes no sense.

I was extremely happy with this handheld vacuum until today when the little flap between the nozzle and collection area ripped off and will no longer stay in place, so the dust and debris that I suck up will just drop out after I turn the vacuum off. I thought, OK, I should be able to find a replacement part here, but it is not even listed. Kind of useless now.

I have had many hand held vac's over several decades and this stands out as the worst for the money. It has a very short battery life; it is relatively heavy and awkward to hold and use; the on/off switch is stiff and hard to push; and the filter care and cleaning is time consuming and a real pain. Positive reviews elsewhere convinced me to buy..what a mistake! If you have previously owned a lightweight, hand-friendly unit with a long run time between charges and an easy to replace paper filter you will hate this vacuum like I do. And time owned has not improved my view or the unit's performance. Waste of money! Likely to be replaced within a few months of purchase.

Suction is not strong enough and the design of the nozzle makes it hard to make full contact with a surface. Can sort of suck up some crumbs but cannot do simple cobwebs or dust. Battery life is also very short. You might have to spend the next tier up for quality in a cordless.

Very loud, but has no suction. Barely holds a charge. Does not turn on even when plugged in when the battery low. Very disappointed and I plan on returning.

Only 1 speed. Hurts your ears and head. DEF do NOT want to use anywhere near children or animals and their sensitive hearing. Crevice tool does not extend as far as the older version. I miss my old version that died. :(

I have used various hand held vacuums. I have owned several big name ones. This takes 1st Place. The suction is incredible. The weight is solid but not heavy. The instructions booklet is easy to follow.

I’ve had this product for a few weeks and it has no suction and barely holds a charge. I regret buying this. I used to use a different hand held black and decker vacuum that we loved and we needed to replace because of wear and tear and this is not it! I thought I was uograding… but I can’t feel any suction putting my hand to it and it basically only vacuums up hair. There are also a ton of particles caught in the nozzle. I cant figure out how to take apart the vacuum to clean it without breaking it.

Compact and powerful. Double filter. Perfect for quick cleanups, the couch, the crumb covered husband. And the brush attachment is literally attached to the device and clicks into place, so one less thing to worry about.

Easy to use. Lots of power.

This Dustbuster has no vacuuming power at all. It won't even pick up thread or dry grass

I've had 3 different units of these dust busters. Each one has failed to hold up for a year or more. After so many charging cycles the battery simply won't hold a charge anymore. I replaced the batteries on the 1st one myself with a bit of difficulty And now it continues to work. But the 2nd and 3rd have also failed To last as long as I would expect. There must be a better brand than these dust busters that will hold up better.

Doesn’t work. Vacuum my car about 5 minutes and have to recharge. I have an SUV so it takes all day and that’s what I bought it for so I wasted my money.

My husband and I were skeptical but are pleasantly surprised by the performance of this little vacuum! We have 2 small dogs that LOVE our couch so we got this nadheld vacuum to keep the hair at a minimum and this works like a charm!

I purchased this product July 9,2021.Finally got to use it yesterday,August 13,2021,just did get my SUV cleaned,and it quit.Thought it needed recharged but it didn't. It just simply will not run.It will start,then quit.No reason what so ever for it.
