It’s ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This melatonin was ok, I felt like it didn’t give the results like other melatonin does. Typically I use the melatonin gummies, so maybe that makes a difference. It’s probably not something I’ll be buying.

Dosage Unclear and Lumpy Tablets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary product from Best Naturals and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The instructions on how many tablets to take is unclear. The serving size states two tablets but the suggested use says to just take just one. The tablets themselves are small and circular. The quality of the tablets appears to vary in the bottle. Some of the tablets were smooth and appeared normal while others had a lumpy texture to them. I didn’t feel comfortable taking these since the dosage instructions are unclear and the quality issue of some of the tablets in the bottle.

Fell asleep fast and stayed asleep all night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always struggled with getting a good night’s sleep and sometimes melatonin is the only thing that helps. After a long day, I used Best Naturals Melatonin in 20mg. I fell asleep quickly, which almost never happens for me. The best part was that I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night like I usually do. I slept straight through until morning and actually felt rested when I woke up. I will definitely take this on nights when my mind just won’t shut off. I also love that it is free from additives.
