I hadn't heard of the brand Best Naturals when I obtained this product as part of a sampling program. It is very difficult to know the standard of a supplement company, so I usually rely on resources such as Supp.co or Consumerlab.com which are sites that evaluate product quality and pill content. This nattokinase product is free from any artificial colors, flavors, or fillers. My research indicated that Best Naturals products do have some variability when testing the doses promised. Their B vitamins ranked high, but some other formulations didn't contain the promised amounts. This product wasn't tested specifically, but this is considered a less expensive value brand, so take that into mind when considering. As for taking nattokinase, this product seems like it would be a good value. I talked with my cardiologist before considering this product. Natto works as a fermented soybean product that is supposed to help thin the blood, hence improving blood pressure and reducing the risks of clotting. However, if you are taking other prescriptions that rhon the blood, or are taking aspirin, or supplements like ginkgo biloba, be sure you aren't overdoing it with blood thinners and talk to your physician or pharmacist

Several of my family members have the factor 5 blood clotting disorder . This vitamin is perfect for them. You take 2 capsules on an empty stomach. Before starting, I looked up the ideal dosage and this was it (4000FU/ 200mg per Serving). Natto is a fermented soy and is purported to aid in cardiovascular health.
