I didn’t notice an aftertaste besides the capsule itself if I took a bit longer to swallow. I felt I had an extra boost of energy and no complaints on the natural ingredients!

I’ve done some research and have been interested in trying Berberine. I have read up on it and it seems as though berberine can help with metabolism so I was very excited to try this product. I wanted to see if this could help speed up my metabolism. I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now and realize that with any supplement consistency is key and overtime I think I will start seeing and feeling results. The capsules are average size and easy to take. I haven’t noticed any aftertaste however I do drink plenty of water with them. I love that the formula is boosted with some essential nutrients that help aid with my digestion. I lm happy it is a product made in the USA. It’s vegetarian friendly which is a bonus and there are no added, dyes or artificial ingredients which is something I pay close attention to these days. I will continue to use this supplement and hope to see real results after using for a few months. The packaging on this is also nice because it is lightweight which will make it easy for me to take when I travel

Since aging over 30, I've noticed my metabolic health isn't the same anymore. I thought about the types of Berberine to take because I've read about types that are harder to absorb and some may experience digestive discomfort. I was really happy that this one is liposomal and easy on the stomach. It is recommended to take 2, so I break it between lunch and dinner time. All three of Berberine, cinnamon, and chromium target glucose metabolism and insulin resistance from different angles. This is especially relevant if you’re dealing with PCOS and insulin resistance, like me. Although I have noticed a dramatic difference, I also don't have any stomach issues taking this. These types of true studies on how well it works will need a solid 3 months. I can only speak regarding the ingredients and the overall combination of them, I think it's a thoughtful formula. I can't give it a 5-star because it's not long enough for me to know its true potential. I'll buy more after this and stay on it for 3 months.

I’m not really sure how to describe how I feel, I wouldn’t say they curb my appetite necessarily or give me energy enough to really rave about because that’s not what they are for, but they do provide something that does assist in it. Maybe a little clarity in that area if that make sense? What I have really noticed is my bowel movements have bulked up, (tmi) which I appreciate. Maybe this is doing something to what I am eating and collecting it up to dispose of it faster but in a different way? I dunno but I do appreciate that. I love that there is added fiber because a majority of people do not consume as much fiber as they should. I found the packaging to be sleek in appearance but the cotton ball inside kept falling apart. I did not mind this though, because the pill is the most important part. It was easy to take and looks cool. I will keep taking these and see how it goes!
