It is recommended to drink a lot of water. If you’re not used to pills, these can be big. However, these are not hard to swallow. It comes in a plastic bottle and the taste is not bad at all. Supports muscle recovery

I’m 46 years old and started going to the gym to get back in shape and build stronger muscles. with taking this vitamin D, I have seen quicker recovery time between gym sessions and have more energy and feel better. There is no unpleasant odor or taste so they do not make me gag, which I find to be a common issue in other supplement products. I'm not able to tell or feel the effective as of now but I believe the vitamin D usually takes several months to be absorbed by the body to see an increase. I plan to continue to take these.

This Vitamin D supplement states that it includes “Mushroom Blend, Fruit & Vegetable Blend, Omega 3-6-9 Blend, and Digestive Blend.” Overall, the taste wasn’t notice and the vegetarian capsule size was manageable. Some Vitamin D formulas can be hard to digest or cause an upset stomach, but I didn’t experience either with these! They are also 5000 IU per serving so I only had to take one serving per day. Overall, I am happy and will probably purchase in the future ☀️
