A: Hello Alissa, lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand. Thank you.

A: Hello Candice, flocking powder is made from cellulose glue, it's non-toxic. However, it's best to assemble this tree outside or on a disposable surface for easy cleanup. Keep out of reach of children and pets if possible. Avoid contact with the face, eyes, and mouth. Wash affected areas thoroughly in case of accidental exposure. Thank you.

flimsy tree, leaned over would not stand up straight. all limbs were flimsy so dont think about putting a slightly heavier ornament on it because itll bring down the entire branch. LED Light settings were also not great. quality of tree for $200 spent is a 1 out of 5. I returned to store just today but would like for the manufacture to call me

Are you Flocking kidding me?
I love the look of this tree. The flocking looks great. I was so excited to put it together. However, I ordered a 7.5 ft tree but when I was putting it together, I got 2 bases and the top. where is the middle section? Come on Best Choices... DO BETTER!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I will be returning this useless tree.

I bought this tree a couple months ago and am giving it 5 stars for quality, the realistic appearance, and how fluffy it is! The price is definitely fair! I love that the center pole isn’t bare and you can’t see it once fluffed. It is messy while setting it up which I expected! But not so messy that I constantly have to vacuum. Love love love!!
