Q: What is the easiest way to replace light strands when one doesn’t work anymore (since they connect when you assemble the tree)?

A: Hello Kristy, lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand. Inspecting/replacing fuses located on wall plug should also be advised. Thank you.
