Lights stopped working after 2nd use.

I purchased this tree Christmas 2024 and it was beautiful. However, the bottom half of the lights stopped working mid-2025 Christmas. Which means, the lights stopped working after its second use! I keep it stored in a temp controlled unit, so extreme temps shouldn’t be an issue. Now I’m past the return window so I’m stuck with a tree only half-lit.

flimsy tree, leaned over would not stand up straight. all limbs were flimsy so dont think about putting a slightly heavier ornament on it because itll bring down the entire branch. LED Light settings were also not great. quality of tree for $200 spent is a 1 out of 5. I returned to store just today but would like for the manufacture to call me

Are you Flocking kidding me?

I love the look of this tree. The flocking looks great. I was so excited to put it together. However, I ordered a 7.5 ft tree but when I was putting it together, I got 2 bases and the top. where is the middle section? Come on Best Choices... DO BETTER!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I will be returning this useless tree.

We loved this tree...in 2024. After excitedly setting up the tree on Nov 1 (yes, we are some of those people!), the entire bottom section of lights won't light up, which was SUPER disappointing. We are still troubleshooting but not too hopeful.

Pretty tree

This tree is so pretty, messy to put up but it was worth it. Just vacuum and that will take car of it. The coolest part is that you don’t have to plug in the lights for each section, you just have to piece it together and the lights work.

Realistic and priced fairly!

I bought this tree a couple months ago and am giving it 5 stars for quality, the realistic appearance, and how fluffy it is! The price is definitely fair! I love that the center pole isn’t bare and you can’t see it once fluffed. It is messy while setting it up which I expected! But not so messy that I constantly have to vacuum. Love love love!!

My little family’s first tree it’s as pictured love the look of the tree easy to assemble does make a mess setting up but once up only sheds if you are moving it does take time to fluff out but worth it Only part that got me confused was plugging the lights connections you only plug the bottom and middle together the top doesn’t need to be connected took me forever to figure that out
