I love how good it makes my eyelashes look

I loved this mascara until the tube separated.This caused the brush to be severely overloaded, leaving the wand useless. Before this occurred it gave great coverage and I was happy with the lift and fanning effect achieved with this product. On reporting the fault to Benefit I was offered an apology and replacement, provided I gave proof of purchase, batch number and photos.. I provided the latter, unfortunately I had binned the receipt. If you buy this product I would recommend holding on to your receipt-just incase! This fault has occurred on the last 2 tubes I have purchased of this mascara.

adds volume and length to my lashes! my only complaint is that if you sweat it does rub off a little

This is my all time favorite mascara. It doesn't clump and makes my lashes really long.

The last couple of times I purchased this mascara, it has been very clumpy. I love the brand but not sure why this keeps happening. Ulta did replace the first one that I purchased. Hopefully, this gets better and I don't have to change my brand.

Disappointed. Initial application looks great, lengthens my short lashes. But in a matter of 2-3 hours it ends up under my eyes. I only apply to the top lashes too! I try it with powder under the eye… same result. No one wants mascara coon eyes.

If you want the longest lashes in the quickest time then this is the mascara for you!! You won't be disappointed

I used to buy they're real and it was fantastic in waterproof, but had a break using YSL for a bit. Went back and bought a tube and what has happened- you apply and within half an hour has smudged under eye. No matter what you do or weather it happens every time!

I absolutely love the way this mascara makes my lashes look. They are long, dark and separated BUT the mascara always runs and smudges. No matter what I do, I will have black under my eyes and on my eyelids. I wish I could keep using it without it smudging so bad.

I love Benefit mascara and have used roller lash for almost a decade. I wanted to switch up my routine and decided to use another one of their macsaras, They're Real. I can't give this mascara a bad enough review. first, let's talk about the applicator. I was intrigued by the ball shape at the end because it looked great for getting into nooks and crannies. in reality all it does is gunk up your mascara and collect eyelashes. The wand is HUGE. Every time I try getting my corner lashes, I end up getting some mascara on my lid, and have to redo my eyeshadow. Now let's talk formula. This mascara is sticky and runny. it takes FOREVER to dry. if you sweat, this mascara will run and ruin your whole look. the formula is also super heavy and weighs down curled lashes making them look bleh. The sticky nature seems bad for lashes, I swear mine are thinning since buying it. lastly, this mascara is STUBBORN. Because of how bad it runs when you sweat you'd think it would wash right off. No ma'am. I can usually get my makeup off with just wipes, not this mascara. even after multiple washes and literally scrubbing my lashes with a brush, there is still large sticky pieces at the lash line that won't come off withiut taking lashes with them. I haven't worn the mascara in 3 days, have showered, washed my face, and still wake up with mascara residue under my eyes. I hate this mascara, and would buy a new tube, but im not the kind of person who lets 20-30 bucks go to waste. Never a good feeling when you splurge on a product and its not good..

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews— this product does everything within the description and looks amazing! Long Length and bright eyes! You'll be noticed! Just take time to apply carefully.. dah dah!!

I have short eye lashes and it leaves me raccoon eyed within hours of wearing it. I've used eyelash primer along with it and put setting powder below my eyes to prevent it from flaking/smudging but still doesn't work! Frustrating and disappointing.
