Best Voluminous Mascara Out There

I’m picky, because having oomph around my eyelashes is important to me and is one of the most impactful parts of my makeup/appearance in my opinion. Do not recommend
This mascara runs so bad from literally doing nothing. I look like a raccoon by the end of the day. It smudges so bad on my undere eyes. I would not buy this again.
