Stylish, but we quickly found two flaws that caused us to return it: 1) Our favorite Pepperidge Farm breads (all varieties) are too wide to fit two slices longways, rendering this a very inconvenient one-slice toaster. 2) The toasting area is slightly too short height-wise to fully toast an Eggo waffle. A section at the top comes out soft. I think if Bella made the slot 1-2” longer and 1” taller, it would fit a wider range of common products.

Toasters shouldnt be made of plastic
The outside is made of plastic and it gets so hot that it started warping on the top on the first use. It looks nice and I was excited to be able to toast my larger pieces of sourdough, but I will look for a higher quality option.

Its a decent toaster.
I’ve owned this toaster exactly a year and a month. I loved it because it was slim and easy to put away. I don’t really own a lot of Bella appliances, but It worked great. Until one day I saw it spark inside and then one of the sides stopped heating… I ended up submitting a warranty claim since it has a 2 year warranty (thank god) and it took the company about 2 weeks to get back to me to tell me they could give a refund instead of a replacement. The refund also takes 4-6 weeks so now I’m in search for a new toaster until then. Not sure If I want to repurchase this one again….

Broke exactly 3 months after purchase. I was toasting some muffins- one popped up and I inserted the next one but the lever all of a sudden won't stay down at all. Tray is clean and unobstructed. What a piece of junk. Purchased September 22, 2025 and broke December 22, 2025

The toaster has a good design and is convenient because of its size. But yesterday I tried it for the first time. It toasts uneven. Some parts were already toasted and some were still completely white. After 1 and a half minutes it wasn't ready so I left it for a few more seconds. After a few more SECONDS the toaster staryed to smoke very bad. The toaster was BLACK!!! I tries it a second time but the it was still uneven. Just like in the picture below. The picture was taken today after 3rd time trying

Cute, great design
This is my second as the first stopped toasting on 1 side after 6 months. Because I like the concept and it fits so nicely and unobtrusively, I'm giving it a second chance and hope it lasts longer, The size is great for freeing up counter space. Colors are nice as well. Just hope it lasts longer than 6 months.

This toaster peaked in high school
Don’t let the dial fool you. This toaster has three settings: warm bread, unevenly toasted, and charcoal. And make sure you’re only purchasing dollhouse loaves or two slices won’t fit side by side. Speaking of side by side, also stay away from each end with your bread. If the bread touches either end inside, it turns to ash. It’s very lovely to look at, and wow - how slim! - but almost entirely useless.
