Great results every time.
This is the best stovetop grill pan Ive ever used. The texture of the granitium coating gives me nice grill marks and easy cleanup. I love the heat indicator in the handle. I just wait for it to turn red and I get perfect cooking results every time. I cant believe a great product made in Italy exists at this price. Such a value.

Best non-stick pan I've ever used!
I live in an apartment that has no outdoor space, so I don't have the opportunity to grill, but since I found this pan, I can have grilled food all the time with super easy clean up due to the fact that this pan is the best non-stick I've ever used! I love that I can grill all year round too. The dot on the handle that tell me when the pan is ready to cook also makes using this fool-proof.

I love the Parma line so much! I have used many grill pans and let me tell you, I have had trouble cleaning them because the non-stick property did not work well. This is not the case with Parma! This grill pan is truly non-stick, not matter what I have cooked on it. It works so well, and is a beauty to clean. I highly recommend this to anyone in need of a grill pan, or not in the need!

oh my goodness! what a great pan! I love how you can heat it up and it lets you know when it's the right temp to really fry nicely. I make burgers on this pan and they come out perfect every time, the grill marks are perfect too. the handle stays cool and is very ergonomic to lift even with 4 burgers in it. I like to toast the buns after cooking the meat to give a nice look when you serve them, you can do that in the pan too.

Cook with Less Oil!
This nonstick made with ceramic particles is the greatest. Everything releases so easily and clean up is a breeze. The thick aluminum base of this grill pan has even heating which allows you to get a nice browning. It's light weight with a stay cool handle...all the features you'll love.

Best Non Stick Ever!
Parma is the best non stick pan I've ever owned. It takes the abuse of heat, metal utensils and the dishwasher and continues to have amazing non stick. I love that it's made in Italy! In the past, grilling outdoors was the only way to bring awesome flavors to your food. But the grill pan has changed that. Great features like the thick aluminum base allows it to get really hot which is key to getting those great grill lines. Remember, color is flavor! There is a sensor on the handle that turns red when it's reached the perfect temperature. Clean up is a breeze, no scrubbing necessary, just a little soap and water.

Another great pan from the Parma line in Italy, that Italian chefs love! The aluminum conducts heat well, and with a granitium coating, even heat/cooking is never an issue. Also is non-stick, so all your fav grilled cheese variations, paninis, and breakfast dishes slide right out of the pan! Makes for easy clean-up, with no fuss!

Great non-stick grill pan made in Italy! Ballarini really has quality products compared to the competition. Cold forged (not anodized) with a high percent of aluminum for excellent heat conductivity this pan heats quickly, sears beautifully and cleans easily.

This has to be the best non-stick grill pan I have ever used! I have a couple other grill pans and I was pleased with how easy this one was to clean between the grill lines. We cook a lot of eggplant, asparagus and zucchini on this pan but I personally would not use this pan to sear a steak.

I use this pan for pannini's!! It heats evenly and quickly with a high quality non stick surface. If your cheese seeps out, not a problem. Nice wide surface to cook with and the bonus is the thermal light indicator. Takes the guess work out of when the pan is ready to use and clean. I really like the cook, ceramic like color and surface.

For the ultimate nonstick grill pan, this Parma one is a great option. The innovative granitium coating makes it incredibly easy for food to release and because the grill grates are close to the surface, it's much easier to clean between them. The thermo-point light on the handle is great because it changes to red as the pan reaches higher temperatures when it's time to start cooking and turns back to green as the pan cools down enough to wash.
