[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm honestly impressed with this ceramic griddle. The surface is so slick,nothing sticks, even with minimal oil, and cleanup is ridiculously easy. It heats evenly and feels really well-made, not flimsy at all. You can tell quality was a priority. This is one of those purchases where you immediately know you made the right choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this almost everyday since I received it. And it is a great nonstick griddle. Great for things like eggs, pancakes, heating tortillas, etc. However, there is a bit of a learning curve for cooking things like bacon. I would suggest starting low and keeping an eye on it because it unevenly cooks the bacon since the meat tends to bubble in some areas while heating/cooking. The handle also does get a bit loose with usage but that is nothing that you can't fix with a screwdriver. It truly is nonstick so it makes cleaning it super easy

It's not stick. Easy to clean. Love that it is ceramic. I have even used to make steak. All around good product to have at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've mostly been using this 11" ceramic square griddle for breakfast items, most notably pancakes for my family. Due to the nature of a square pan on a round gas burner, it does not heat up evenly across the surface. Knowing this, I heat the pan up slowly and move it around the burner from corner to corner. and use a few sprays of water to see if it sizzles evenly. Only then do I place my items and continue to move it around. Besides pancakes however, this griddle pan has limited use cases. The side wall is a small lip, so anything that releases it's own grease like sausage and bacon will be difficult to contain the splatter. It is also thin, so it does not retain heat as well as cast iron or carbon steel pans. On the plus, the pan being shallow makes it easy to stow away. Take away: If all you need is a pancake pan and have limited space, this is for you. Would I recommend this to a friend? No. I would tell them to spend a little more for something thicker with higher walls which will be more versatile in their kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found myself reaching for the griddle pan for primarily making breakfast foods and grilled sandwiches. It is quite lightweight which my wrists appreciated greatly! It heated up very easily and was beautifully non stick. Things I found kinda annoying was it moved around on the burner way too easily (I had to be extra diligent to keep it centrally seated over the flame) and there seems to be a slight raise in the center of the pan. When cracking an egg on the pan the egg had a tendency to slip toward the outer edge of the pan. Not an absolute deal breaker, more a minor annoyance.

I wasn't entirely sure what to even use it for - but I gave it a whirl. The first thing I made was quesadillas. I'm convinced this square griddle made them cook so evenly - they were perfectly browned! The non stick surface made this really easy to clean, as the burnt cheese just slid right off. Since then, I've also used this square griddle for pancakes, grilled cheese and french toast and have had similarly fantastic results! The size and shape also makes storage really easy, as it doesn't take up much room.

This griddle is lightweight and heats evenly, which makes it very efficient. I have used it so far for eggs, pancakes, quesadillas, etc. This griddle has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. It doesn't take up a lot of storage space, and as it's ceramic, it is simple to clean and care for.

Makes it easier on me with my wrists and elbows-would definitely recommend for people with arthritis. I decided I wanted to see how easy it was to cook some Swedish pancakes on (think thicker version of crepes) and boy it did not disappoint, it slide the mixture around with ease and didn't break up my pancakes. And it was so easy to clean to boot. I would recommend never using a metal utensil on it as it will more than likely damage the surface. I definitely have to look into getting more products from this brand.
