Quality control issue
I love this bag - have been using one for many years, have it in several colors, especially love all the pockets that facilitate organizing my things. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for an issue with my latest purchase. When I recently ordered yet another color, I discovered the front snap pocket had been sewn incorrectly making the opening too small to use. Luckily, on reorder I received a correctly sewn replacement, but the process of returning the poorly sewn one has taken more time and effort than I would have liked. I would encourage Baggallini to institute more careful quality control so that products are consistently sized.

Great Look and Function

Criss Cross bag is great
I was a person who changed purses with every outfit. Since I bought the Criss Cross bag, I rarely change bags. I got the portobello color. The bag has great storage for a medium sized bag. It's perfect. If it ever wears out, I will buy another just like it

Love this Purse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this purse and it has SOOOO many compartments, it's perfect. The fabric is smooth flowing against clothing and with the crossbody feature, you have hands free to do whatever. I love this purse so much -- my sister saw it and ordered one and I ordered two more for our daughters. It's a win-win bag!!

Holds almost everything I need
I’ve had my Charlotte crossbody a couple of years and absolutely love it. However, I wish you made one a bit bigger. This one just not quite big enough. Baggalini products are the best!!!

Lots of small pockets
Cute and well-made, but the pockets and sections are tight. It simply does not expand enough to put a decent amount of items in each pocket. I had a purse of around the same size and could not move everything into this new bag. Sadly, I'm returning it.

This is my 3rd Criss Cross Bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the many storage areas in the Criss Cross bag. Over the past several years, I have purchased 3 of these bags. Recently, I tried another Baggallini style bag, but I returned it because it didn't have enough compartments. Regarding the cross body strap on this bag, it is scratchy and stiff. I liked the softer, more pliable strap used on Criss Cross bags a few years ago. I am sorry it was changed to this new material----it looks and feels cheaper.

A real workhorse
Bought it so I could resume standing upright after having a big bag that I loaded to capacity. I have reorganized(think Marie Kondo) and now I have everything I need. I just need to remember my organization categories. That is MY problem, not the bag's. The bag can hold everything and hold it very well. I love it.

Attractive, well made bag

I appreciate how much thought and attention to detail is represented in Baggallini's products and this bag is no exception. I'm still getting used to the pockets and to remembering what I put where, but I really like the organizational capacity and simplicity of this bag.

My favorite bag
This is my 4th Criss Cross bag. I love all the compartments for all the items i "have" to carry with me. Wearing the bag across my body is so much more comfortable too. I have the gray with a bright purple lining-so fun. The bag outer material feels stiffer than my older ones but I think that is because it is made with recycled water bottles-a change I applaud!

Love this bag
I had an earlier version of this bag but I had used it so much I thought it was time to change up my style. Then I suffered for several months with really ineffective purses/wallets and all I wanted was this bag. So I bought another one but in a different color. I'm so happy to have this back in my life because it's so functional and efficient.

Very Handy
I really like this bag. The center pocket hold my nook safely and I love having two separate sections. One for the items I use the most and one for the items I don’t like as much. I’d order another if it came in some of the new colors like blush.
