I bought this bag and the strap got disconnected even before usage of it and its very disappointing to see the quality of the straps even though i like the versatility of the bag. I wish i can get a replacement but i cannot get a refund as its past due for return

I can get so much into this little bag, everything that Is need. She it has a place for everything; I can always find what I'm looking for. Lightweight, LOTS of pockets, asked carrots all my essential and nothing more. Perfection!

I like this small bag but it doesn't hold everything I want. So I will only use it when I only need to carry a few things. Also it doesn't sit flat and has to be facing the body on one side only.

I bought this bag for a mission trip to Uganda, Africa. This bag was perfect for travel with cross body strap, credit card protection, held my iphone, passport, money, credit card and visa paperwork needed. 1st time user of baggalini product and happy about the purchase, until it broke. My only complaint is that the bag broke after 2 weeks of use from a frayed piece of material that held one of the metal pieces for the strap. I emailed the company without a response currently. It is obvious that there was a flawed piece and I am hoping for a replacement.

I am so disappointed in this update to what has always been my favorite bag. In the past, the hooks that the strap clips into were located on opposite sides of the bag, with one in the front right corner and one in the back left corner. Now, both hooks are in the back, one on the left and one on the right. That causes the bag to lean forward, not balanced over my body. Please bring back the original configuration!

Love this little bag! Perfect for short walks and carrying essentials. Has 6 zippered compartments for great organization. Love the colors too, especially the purple lining. Will be a great second purse for traveling.
