Incredible spotter
Recently got back from an out of state Mule deer hunt. Did research and saw the reviews were positive for this smaller spotter. Was very surprised just how clear it was even when zoomed in. Much more clear and sharp then some bigger name larger spotters.

Good spotting scope at a great price
This spotting scope was on the cheaper end of things I usually buy, but it performs better than many scopes that are twice this price. It does lose a little clarity around the edges.

Phenomenal value!
This is a great spotter - not just for the money, but in general. I've compared it side by side with Vortex Viper 15-45, Razor 13-39, Nikon ED60, Nikon ED82, and Swarovski STS 65 HD. It's not as good as the Swaro, but still very very good in almost all conditions. Its on par with the Razor, and definitely much better than all the others. Surprisingly light weight and compact too! Highly recommended whether its your first spotter or your fifth!

Very impressive
The optical quality is very very good. The base is arca Swiss compatible, comes with a neoprene cover that works well. Tough and durable outer shell if you didn’t want to run the cover. Very impressive price for what you get.

Well worth the price
I bought this as a step-up from a Diamondback I had. Better clarity, contrast and color across the board. Well worth the money.

Good for the price
Doesn’t capture light as well as I’d hoped on high mag. Decent spotter for price point.

Almost perfect, but for the price it's hard to beat
I'm not the most experienced guy when it comes to optics so I am by no means a snob. I buy what works at a reasonable price. This optic works great. My main complaint is the course adjustment wheel is very touchy, it can be difficult to get it just right The eye piece, the zoom dial, the optical quality is all there. I would also recommend putting a tether on the eyepiece cover. Other than those things, I highly recommend!

Love the Ares
Have used these now against many other high end spotting scopes and the Ares will go neck and neck with them any day of the week. even all the way at 60 power youre able to still see clear. I will say, sometimes a mirage will affect how you see through the scope but overall great experience and great glass!

Performs well above price
This is a fantastic value for this spotting scope, it performs much better than other ones at a similar price point. Edge clarity is impressive, low light glassing into the sunset its very bright when glassing into shade under trees. I prefer the straight spotter so I can switch from binos to spotter without adjusting my tripod. I think to get the most out of it pair it with an Ollin digi scoping adapter and a good tripod like Tricer BC. I have used this to judge bears at 1500 yards and further, extremely clear images even on days with a smoke haze in the air. One thing to note is Ollin does not make an eye piece for this yet, but if you order the Leupold one it will work perfectly.

Great scope—use it with Magview
Used on a Colorado elk hunt. Videod animals at 1800 yards. Very clear. Lightweight and easily fits in a side pocket on my pack. Very clear and for less than half the price of some other known name brands. I paired mine with a magview phone adapter and was able to get great video and pictures from 1200-1800 yard away. I would recommend this spotting scope to anyone backpacking into the wilderness who needles a compact scope.

Best Bang for the buck
Was skeptical on the glass at first. For the size and clarity you can’t go wrong. Recommend for a pack hunt.

Great spotting scope for price!
Have a smaller vortex spotting scope and wanting something with more power. This thing has great clarity and hand in there with the vortex razor. Very impressed.

I’m new to spotting scopes haven’t looked through many but I have looked through quite a few binos low to high end and for the size weight and clarity of this spotter it’s a great buy. only negative I have is that I cannot wear my eye glasses while looking in the spotter at any magnification. It’s not a deal break just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise I’m extremely happy with my purchase

Great Scope for the price
I don't have another scope to compare this to, but it has set a standard for the scopes I will eventually buy in the future. Solid build quality, good eye relief, and crisp visuals. I primarily use this for rifle shooting out to 300 yds. I can clearly see the impact points on the target. Great purchase!

A good affordable piece of glass.
So far I have been impressed with the clarity. I have yet to do extensive glassing at low light with it but for the price it seems to be very high quality. Small enough to take in the backpack and seems sturdy enough to not worry about babying it.

Spotting Scope
Not the best clarity or field of view, bit for price and size, it's best in class. Included sock was nice, too. Compact and lightweight, had great clarity and color.
