The display is very bright at the start and can cause some serious eye strain. The directions are not very informative, so most things need to be found online which can be difficult and time consuming if you are not tech-savvy.

The laptop has a large screen, making it easy to see everything. It is crystal clear, which is fantastic. The keys are quiet and light up as I'm using the keyboard, making them easy to see them as I type. The operating system is fast! You can move between applications very quickly. The laptop is very user-friendly, something my last computer was not lol. It comes with an AI program included, which has been a lot of fun to use. So far, I'm loving using it!

It has so many features that are important to me - a backlit keyboard, a camera cover, and a keypad. It comes preloaded with Microsoft but you need an account to access it (as normal with other devices). It’s a sleek design, slim overall, and easy to fit into my backpack and laptop carrying case. It holds a couple of days charge when only using for a few hours per day. The graphics are great. The camera quality is a little pixelated, but overall shows great quality. Would recommend this laptop to anyone in the market for a new one!

The speed is pretty fast when opening and going to different browsers. It connected to my printer really quickly. I will say it’s a bit heavy because it’s a bigger laptop and if you’d have to carry it frequently you may want a smaller one.
