Excellent performance for College Work!

Very nice laptop. Runs fast, has plenty of storage, I got it for my daughter since she is in college now, and it is working great for her. ASUS makes a great computer, and we are very happy with the performance, wifi speed, and mple disc space. I recommend ASUS computers!

Terrible sound volume.

The laptop would get five stars if it had decent sound out put (volume). It is a great disappointment compared to the HP I replaced it with. Sad it might be the easiest feature to get right and now I need to add external speaker to hear it well.

If the volume level is low, please check the Volume Control properties and verify if the volume level was set to the correct listening level.
