A: Apple Watch 11 with version 26 does show step count and distance and miles under the Fitness app that is included on the watch. Keeps track automatically.

NOT Included: The power adapter (charging brick) that plugs into the wall. A: I would not buy this watch. My husband bought me one for my birthday and I wish I could return it. I have to charge it EVERYDAY.
