New iPhone 17
Really like the phone, it’s very easy to use, and I’m getting used to it. Took me a few days to warm up to it, coming from Android. Love that it pairs with my Lexus, which doesn’t have Android Auto.

Too small
Came from a 14 plus . Feel this is too small. Typical Apple product that tries to control what you want to do .Information did not transfer from iCloud correctly even though back up was performed.

Why am I receiving this phone?
I was told he didn't qualify and he has since passed, so why is this phone being sent without consent?

Can’t Control Their Own Systems & Had to do 2x
Had to do this 2x because of complete imbicoloty with ID verification- the process was miscommunication and could not be corrected by phone or in-store support without completely starting over.

Phone drops a lot of calls battery life sucks

Hi there, Bobs92. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We’re really sorry to hear you’re dealing with frequent dropped calls on your iPhone 17 as well as a low battery life. That’s incredibly frustrating, and you deserve a phone and network experience you can rely on. To help improve call stability, here are a few quick steps you can try: 📶 1. Reset your network settings This can clear out connection issues that cause dropped calls. Go to: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings (Just a heads‑up: this will remove saved Wi‑Fi networks, so you’ll need to reconnect afterward.) 📡 2. Check for carrier and iOS updates Updates often include fixes for call performance. Go to: Settings > General > Software Update 📍 3. Toggle Airplane Mode Turning it on for 10 seconds and then off again can refresh your connection. 🏠 4. Try Wi‑Fi Calling (especially if you’re at home) If your cellular signal is weak indoors, Wi‑Fi Calling can help keep your calls stable. Go to: Settings > Phone > Wi‑Fi Calling and turn it on. Learn more about Wi-Fi Calling: 🔗https://www.att.com/features/wifi-calling/ There are some things you could also try to optimize your battery life: 1️⃣Enable low power mode: Reduces background activity, mail fetch, visual effects, and more. 2️⃣Reduce Screen Power Usage: -Auto‑Brightness: Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Auto‑Brightness. -Lower Brightness: Swipe down → reduce brightness slider. -Use Dark Mode: Settings → Display & Brightness → Dark. 3️⃣Limit Location Services: -Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. -Set most apps to “While Using the App” or "Never". This stops unnecessary GPS usage, a major battery drain. 4️⃣Avoid heat: Apple warns that heat degrades battery health over time. -Don’t leave your iPhone Air in a hot car or in direct sunlight. -Remove thick cases while charging if the phone gets warm. 5️⃣Charge Smartly -Keep battery between 20% and 80% when possible. -Enable Optimized Battery Charging: Settings → Battery → Battery Health. -Avoid leaving it plugged in overnight for long periods. If the issue continues, Apple Support can run diagnostics to determine the issue: Apple Support: 📞 1‑800‑275‑2273 🔗 https://support.apple.com If you prefer, AT&T Support can also help review your network connection: AT&T Wireless Support: 📞 800‑331‑0500 (or dial 611 from your AT&T phone) 🔗 https://www.att.com/support We appreciate you bringing this to our attention; it helps us understand where we can make things smoother for the future.
