In the meantime, here are few steps for you to try and see if it helps: 1.. Check Power-Saving or Battery Saver Settings: Some phones may dim or temporarily blank the screen when battery-saving features are enabled. Turning off power-saving mode can resolve intermittent screen blanks. 2.Restart or Update the Device: Temporary software glitches can cause the screen to behave intermittently. Restarting your phone or updating to the latest firmware/software version may fix these issues. 3.Check Battery and Charging: Ensure your iPhone is charged. Connect it to a power source and let it charge for at least 30 minutes. If the battery is completely drained, it may take some time before the screen turns on. 4.Software Issues: If the screen remains black but you can hear sounds or feel vibrations, it may be a software glitch. In this case, connecting your iPhone to a computer and using Finder or iTunes to restore or update the device may help.
